Ordered a chicken burrito, my lunch partners had the carne asada (limited time). The burritos are huge and they are delicious. I added guacamole and queso blanco to mine. When we arrived shortly after noon on a Thursday, we had a little bit of a wait in line, bit it went quick. About 12:30 pm, there was a lot more folks coming in. The music was a little loud. The door facing the parking lot was locked soon after we arrived, there is a side door facing the street that remained unlocked, we believe it was a way to keep people from bunching up there while they waited in line. I paid just over $35 for 2 burritos and 2 large drinks. The staff were nice and they were quick. You can buy fountain drinks, canned drinks and bottled, they even have beer for sale. There is a drive thru and parking is adequate, they share a parking lot with the Wendy’s next door, watch for signs as you come in to park. There is outdoor seating too. All in all it was a good experience, but a bit expensive.

My husband used to manage a couple different Chipotles for 3 years so I know the standards. My steak was very dry the pintos were overcooked and mashed lacking flavor. The guacamole was very bright with good consistency. The rice needed more cilantro and lime. The lettuce cuts we’re great. The mild Pico was delicious .This location definitely has potentional and work is needed. I was not able to eat the food.

Accused us of putting a hair in our food! The manager Says The blonde hair that we found in our food, couldn’t have been any of her servers since they don’t have blonde or brunette hair… Anyways, Don’t come in here unless you want Kovey’s hair in it.

In town from out of state and got lunch here! Wow!! Everything was super fresh and delicious. I have many chipotles nearby where I’m from but none of them are as good as this was. Well run new location. keep up the good work!

First I will start with the good because the cooks deserve to be noted here as honestly top notch. This chipotle seasons their food better than any other chipotle I’ve been to in a long time. Seriously like 2006 chipotle vibes on the seasoning. Kudos to the guys actually on the grill. I would give 5 stars but for some reason the food on the line has been cold. Five star flavor but the temperature kind of kills the good work of the cooks in back.

Now to the room for growth: The portions at this location seem to be much smaller. I received the smallest chipotle burrito I’ve ever had from this location. It was the size of a softball. I think this might be the crews way of not filling the line as often. The service here has been lacking and honestly often times is kind of rude. Seems like maybe the team isn’t meshing well and it messes up the process and the energy. Last time I went there they were not on top of filling the food on the line (this happens frequently, especially around 6-7pm). I ended up standing there for 15-20 minutes waiting on them to switch the food out. The guy who went to wash dishes came out and had a good attitude and tried to get things moving but the guy who was supposed to actually be on the line was visually flustered, aggravated and didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Somehow the food was cold even though most of it had just been filled, which leads me to believe it was waiting on the staging table too long which is really a staffing issue. There is often times only one person managing the front of the house and that is a tall order for anyone and sure to lead to aggravation.

Overall I know this is not a great review but I see a lot of potential here if the front of the house could get properly staffed and organized because the cooks are genuinely great at their job. Just need keep the food hot by quicker station fills and focus on improving customer service. Every customer should feel welcome, be greeted when it’s their turn and if it’s going to be a minute to get things squared away just let people know in a friendly manner.

This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I sat for 30 minutes in the drive thru before deciding to drive home and door dash an ordee(mistake). Eventhough it is a 10-15 minute drive it estimated my order woukd be delivered in 45-55 minutes. It was delivered 1 hour and 15 minutes later and the chips were stale and the order was missing the sides and had the wrong protein. It looked like they had either used a used container or put barbacoa in the one spot then taken it out and just left beans with no other two sides. Barbacoa was supposed to be on the quesadilla and was not. It is a pretty dismal start to a much anticipated new Chipoltle to be overwhelmed and understaffed with no commtment to quality control or customer service. Thumbs down! Should have gone to La Sierra instead!

I am writing to share an experience I had recently. I understand that it is a new establishment, but my visit was not satisfactory. I placed a catering order for 15 people, which was scheduled for pickup at 3:45 pm. However, upon arriving at 3:44 pm, I was informed that the order had not yet been started.

I provided my email confirmation, which confirmed I had indeed placed the order. After further investigation, it was revealed that my order was scheduled. I placed the order on November 26 to allow for sufficient preparation time.

Overall, I was disappointed with this experience and would appreciate it if you could look into this issue further.They told me that it will be a few minutes, it took them almost 30 min to make my order. I highly don’t recommend coming here, until they get better trained on work efficiently and customer service

Went to get a pickup order- 30 minutes late and 2/3 items were wrong. We got a chicken bowl with no chicken in it, just a bowl of rice and salsas. Also ordered a large chips and got a regular. Burrito was technically correct but very small compared to normal.
note to management- TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES.

So first off I want to say I understand and give grace because it’s a new location. We went during the day and it was phenomenal!!! So fresh and tasty, it was busy but not terrible. Well my daughters just went tonight and they were out of just about everything at 8:30. They had people that had been waiting since 6:30 for door dash orders. The steak was TERRIBLE! It was all fat and there was no rice without cilantro in it no brown rice. It was a bad experience this evening. The kid in the back wasn’t cooking anything you could see him standing there. They need assistance!
