Dear Domino’s Pizza Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent order. I ordered a pizza and, to my dismay, I discovered a metal spring embedded in it.
I immediately contacted the store where I placed the order to inform them of this serious situation. However, the response I received was even more disappointing: I was told that the store was not responsible.
This response is completely unacceptable. A foreign object like this in food is a serious health and safety risk. Not only does it cast doubt on the quality and safety standards of your products, but the lack of accountability from your staff is alarming.
I expect an immediate investigation into this incident and a solution that addresses the seriousness of this situation. This includes a full refund for my order and an explanation of how such a dangerous thing could happen.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I ordered a pizza last night around 9:00 PM. The delivery driver marked the order as “delivered,” but it was never delivered. I followed all delivery instructions clearly, even walked to my apartment entrance to check, and there was no pizza anywhere.
Since then, I’ve tried calling the store multiple times and no one has answered. It’s extremely disappointing to be charged for an order that never arrived and then be unable to reach anyone for help.
I usually expect better service, but this experience was very frustrating and unacceptable.

Last night I ordered food from this restaurant and the food took longer than expected to arrive. When the driver handed the food over I noticed that part of my order was missing. The driver informed me she would let the restaurant know and come back to drop it off. She did and this is the only thing the restaurant did correct. The food the driver originally handed to me was cold, I ordered the new cinnamon bread and they didn’t send the icing. I called the restaurant and told them I would like them to redo my order and was informed they can’t because I ordered through UBER. Told them I would pass by at 10:15 and was told Walmart was closed which is false because they close at 11. If you are the owner of this franchise you may want to reevaluate the people you have running it. This dominos makes me want to not order again from dominos.

They don’t speak any English,I had to point to the picture of what I wanted so anything added or special needed was almost impossible. I am not prejudice but I would like to be understood when ordering in my own country. I would be happy if they just understood the menu in English but I don’t see that happening. Also high price, a medium pizza and small chicken wings was almost $50.

We were visiting the Miami area and decided to order Dominos. We ordered Italian sausage thin crust pizza and got pepperoni hand tossed. Because we were staying at a hotel and they didn’t offer delivery from that Dominos we did uber…we called to ask for a fix on the order and the guy said we had to get the refund thru uber…freaking ridiculous

I placed an order with a delivery window 9:45-9:51. It’s 10:15 and my pizza is strolling around Miami. I live 10 minutes away from this store. I called the store and the only time they answered, they hung up on me. I continued to call. They ignored it. The last time someone picked up the phone and hung up again. It’s not only that the service is bad, it’s that they don’t even deal with the customer. I love Domino’s but this was my last time ordering from this store. Very rude, unprofessional and inefficient staff.

This store is inside the Walmart outlet. Very clean. I ordered a Large Handmade Pan Pizza with Ranch Sauce topping, well baked and 5 Veggies and gosh it was so amazing. The staff is so polite, helpful and friendly, specially Chris, man , he was so good.

Pizza is exactly what you’d expect, standard Domino’s quality.
However, if you actually want delivery, this is not the place to order from on weekends. It’s always the same driver, and she flat-out refuses to bring the pizza to the door. And before anyone asks:
• No, my apartment is not hard to access
• Yes, there are plenty of marked delivery parking spots
• And yes, this is literally what delivery is supposed to mean
Instead of delivery, you’re expected to go downstairs and out to the street to pick up your food. At that point, it’s not delivery it’s pickup with extra steps.
So sure, order if you want Domino’s pizza. Just don’t order if you expect it to actually be delivered.

My experience at this store located inside the Walmart at 13th Street and 87th Avenue was terrible. The man making the pizzas and working the register was awful. I told him he had a bad attitude. We simply asked him if we wanted some drinks, and since he didn’t hear us clearly, he angrily threw down some pepperoni he was holding and approached us in a very upset manner. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. I demand a response from the store manager. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Not even a few min of interaction and I can see why this store got bad reviews they are 100% well deserved ! Straight attitude and pushback from a staff member. They hired a Spanish boy to run counter and he is rude and incompetent don’t know the basics of customer service/satisfaction. Clean house or close location ! SMH
