Ordered shrimp tacos with pico on the side because my girlfriend hates onions but I like them and this is what I received…missing everything just shrimp and tortillas I suggest everyone check your orders before you leave so this won’t happen to you

In the few times I’ve gone thru Paso Robles I have had food from this spot just once, having ordered an extremely tasty and flavorful chili verde burrito and a drink. I told myself I would come back and try it again before reviewing since I have read other reviews here, but all in all my 1st time here was good, great even.
Food was great, a 5/5 both times, granted both times I ordered a burrito — my 2nd time I asked the male order taker what he recommended, and he chose the al pastor burrito with everything it normally came with, with both red & green sauce.
I have to say, the service appears to be quite true to some extent by the reviews as both times I had servers who didn’t exactly make ordering easy or efficient due to a slight language barrier; they didn’t speak English well, no matter, the order was done regardless… but I did watch a much older caucasian couple struggle to order and politely left. Despite that, the restaurant appeared to serve and have a diverse customer dining here.
The staff also immediately took to cleaning the tables after the customers left the building. Points for that. Overall I was very satisfied with both times here. Will be coming back and even recommending to folks to give it a shot as the food and experience I had were delicious and good.

Best chorizo in the area, hands down. After sampling an item from every category I would say this place is VERY SOLID Mexican food. I’m addicted to the Red salsa, which is based on the Chipotle pepper instead of chiles de arbol like nearly every other restaurant. Fast service, clean and comfortable if uninspired location in a strip mall. This place is in the top 10% in the area.

The food is good but they don’t seem to have all of the kinks worked out yet as a new business. I ordered through their website which said I’d get a discount as it was my first order. But you pay at the register so I still had to wait in line and then didn’t get my discount. The kitchen was cranking out food but the window was full and all surrounding flat surfaces were covered in food ready to be served. With only one person at the register and no additional servers, the line was long and it was chaos. I didn’t dare try to get the discount that was advertised. What also frustrates me is there are no ingredients listed on their website. Does it come with onion, guacamole, cheese? Who knows. Again, the food was good. They just need some better organization. I’m adding a photo of the menu postcard I brought home.

I’ve only had the breakfast burritos here and they are very good. The chorizo is very good, but when you put a little of their Verde salsa on each bite it’s amazing. And the chili Verde breakfast burrito is incredible and needs no additions.

Best breakfast burrito in Paso Robles. Great service fair prices and off the hook flavors. Their green salsa is the top three I have ever had. I definitely will keep going here.
