Weirdest Panda Express I’ve ever been to. Went in around 11:35 AM on December 22, 2025, and every employee inside seemed irritated and disengaged. No greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgment at all. Multiple customers were standing there waiting, and we were completely ignored while staff focused on online orders. I eventually had to walk out because no one wanted to take my order. I truly have no idea what was going on, but the energy was strange and totally off-brand for Panda Express. Definitely not the usual friendly Panda vibe.

I don’t write a lot of reviews so this wasn’t written lightly. We are frequent customers and, like some other reviews mention, we’ve had our share of less-than-great visits in the past.
That said, this review is to acknowledge the clear improvements we’re seeing. The food has always been what kept us coming back, but tonight the food, service, and restaurant cleanliness were truly outstanding. We did have a short wait for food, but we were offered a complimentary drink while waiting, which was very appreciated.
The staff were working hard—moving quickly to prepare food and consistently keeping the dining area clean. It genuinely feels like positive changes are happening, and they deserve recognition for it.

I ordered a delivery and usually I don’t have issues with them but tonight was a very bad experience. I ordered a larger plate and get a regular one missing a side. Also the food was terrible I ended up basically throwing it all away. The rice was undercooked. The teriyaki chicken was burnt. The orange chicken was as cold as crap. Normally the food is excellent but today was absolutely trash.

We loooovve Panda Express. The people who work there are all pleasant and helpful. We don’t just visit once a week. As many as three times in a week. Yes. It’s true. The food is delicious. We live nearby so we always do take-out.

Beware they do not send home food to go in secure packaging or check orders, I ruined my seat on my almost new truck from horrible packaging for a to go order then after cleaning came to a cold meal missing 1/2 the food not cool Panda talk about a bad night

I enjoy panada, but honestly they have been going down hill more recently, I ordered food and was told it would be 4 minutes and to pull to the front and someone will bring it out to me. After twenty minutes waiting I came inside to be told another five minutes for somthing different. They of course try to give you somthing for free but honestly after half and hour I just want to leave. This is why I dont think fast food shouldn’t pay more than 16 dallors. There is no care in their job. I ordered at 11:42 and it is now 12:12 and just got my food.

Needs to be called panda slow. Went through the drive through waited 20 minutes and wasnt given my food till I demanded my money back. I went through the drive through because I was in a hurry and ended up having to go inside twice.
While I watched numerous other people go through the drive through and get their orders just fine. I will never be going to this panda express again and I don’t advise anyone else doing so either

They skimp on handing change out. Total was $9.01 why should I have to take a 4 cent loss. I’ve been skimped on change the last 4 times. 4 cents a time. 16 cents. I know it’s not a big deal. Why cant they just accept $9 for the $9.01 if they dont have the correct change to make change for you. Why do I have to take a loss and not this multi million dollar company. Kinda seems shady

everytime i get off work its usually after panda is closed but whenever im off early enough like an hour and a half before they close, they never have anything available. the signiture dishes are all out and they dont make more for the night, even a smaller batch knowing the resturant is still open. they will be all sold out or have maybe two things left to choose from. this has happened numerous times and recently the drive employee has been rude when im trying to be understanding. i fully understand closing shift and wanting to get out at scheduled time but to start closing an hour and a half before close time is ridiculous. i read the reviews and it seems like this is a problem with openers too. your hiring staff is 18+ but they cant have the proper work etiquette to correctly have things prepared by opening time. ive seen 16 year olds work better. dont get me wrong, some employees are nice but panda has just gone downhill, rubbery chicken, stale flavorless fried rice, etc. i think management needs work

Trying to pick up a delivery at this location- nothing personal against the employees as I’m sure they’re following some kind of policy. But I’ve been waiting for them to put together my delivery order for quite a while, along with other drivers. Totally understandable if there is a wait because they are busy, but they’ve helped dozens of in store customers while us drivers have been waiting. I’m curious why they continue to put new orders first instead of building the online orders that were put in 30+ mins ago (some drivers have been waiting double that)
