Schnitzy’s is so amazing! The food is delicious! Mike is a delight and so kind! The atmosphere is wonderful too! The music selection is amazing and the food is absolutely mouth watering! The food portions are so large you usually need someone to help finish it and it’s always delicious. I adore the Gabagool and the dole whip is so nostalgic! It tastes exactly as the park’s! This is not a place to pass on!

I got the Laurel and it’s such a unique and creative combo of textures and flavors that it makes for a really wonderful experience. Fries, seasoned great. The vibes were 10/10 from the very beginning. I had the Buffaloin and wow – incredible! The owner, Mike, came out and chatted with us and went above and beyond. I arrived to Way South Food Park on an empty stomach and desperately in need of a cheeseburger. Schnitzy’s delivered. The fries and meat are well seasoned, nothing was soggy or cold despite taking my food home, and a drink came with my meal since I ordered during their lunch special hours. I don’t think I’ve ever put away a burger that quick. The kicker? 10 bucks. The gentleman running this truck is cool and for the people. He gave me the rundown of his business and elaborated on all their food options, which there are plenty of. Lovely people, fantastic food.

One of our favorite food trucks. The owner is incredibly passionate about creating a delicious meal for everyone who dines at his truck. He’s always friendly to the kids who are playing on the playground nearby. The garlic parm fries are a messy, goopy pile of perfection. The dole whip is delicious. If you bring your kids, Mike can always whip something up for them if you just ask him to. 10/10!!

Our son took us to Schnitzy’s on Friday for our first time! This is when I got my first taste of Schnitzy’s. Today, Sunday, is our anniversary. This morning when we were trying to decide where to go, neither of us could stop thinking about Schnitzy’s and the Alohog sandwich.

Best of the best with a great variety and huge portions! Our new favorite spot in the Austin area! Fantastic service and atmosphere at the Way South Food Park! Highly recommend! Oh…and they serve Dole Whip!
