Do not order from here!!! I i love restaurants that are owned privately and contribute to the Rochester. However, this restaurant was the most hostile environment. Furthermore, the handle of the food, it was a complete health. Hazard I just moved to this area and thought that this would be a nice restaurant since it’s close to me
Me the, owner was very rude yelling. At us, for no apparent reason, I had asked the guy to calm down at what was going on. And this was right after I paid for the food. We didn’t even get the food we had to leave the restaurant. Because the guy was in such a standoff manner. It made me nervous. We had to make a police report because we were so worried and for them or he charged our car and you would not give our money back stay away from this restaurant

The BEST Chinese food outside NYC and pleasantly delivered. TY for making our celebration of Jewish Christmas with movies and takeout such a delicious experience!! Peanutbutter chicken so yum MooShu chicken was super – we requested spicy, and you did it!

The bald guy was very, very rude and defensive when I told him that the food was disgusting. I had a shrimp lo mein, and I didn’t know they had mushrooms in it and not only the fact that the mushrooms were too chunky. I am severely allergic to mushrooms. I called the restaurant and complained about it and he started yelling at me and said he was very busy. So what I had to do. Is filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and made a police report on that whole restaurant. The place is terrible. If you guys like Chinese food, I would not recommend this place because the atmosphere over there is disgusting. Staff is disgusting and the food is disgusting.

After I ordered my food, thank God when I got in the car I looked in the bag. I asked for dumplings and he gave me fried wontons. Not only was this man screaming at me like he was going to fight me!! He then proceeded to storm off into the back where he grabbed a bag of frozen food, And states this is what he gave me. What a distasteful, disgusting human being! To yell at a woman with such Force it was scary! Not only that, he didnt offer any sort of solution. like I give the food to him to throw it out and give me my money back. I also heard him say that he was tired and wanted to go home. I AM A PAID customer. It says open till 11pm it was 9PM the food is horrible and tastes like it’s frozen …PLEASE GO TO NEW ASIAN TOWN ON DEWEY! THEY HAVE AMAZING FOOD THAT IS FRESH, NOT FROZEN! AND THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS. God Bless just be respectful of other people.

AFTER WHAT WE SAW WE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE OWNER BECAME VERY ARGUMENTATIVE Furthermore, my daughter’s extremely allergic to mushrooms. Our food was coated with mushrooms. We told the owner we couldn’t even eat the food because of the mushrooms. He yelled at us and told us to get out the restaurant And accused us of trying to cause an issue at the restaurant. We left the food there because of the mushrooms that were all on it.And not wanting to eat the food because it was extremely health.Hazard the way he handled his food. Usually I don’t complain but when I have just wasted $41 on horrible food I have a problem. Ordered sesame chicken & pork fried rice and the food was not fresh. It’s currently 2:40pm and it seems as if this food had been cooked yesterday. Not to mention the sesame chicken tastes like they took the meat from yesterday warmed it up with the sauce on it and decided to add a little on top so I wouldn’t notice. Trust me I know what it’s like to heat Chinese food up the next day and that’s exactly what my food is today. Ordered from them a few times in the past and the food was okay except for today’s order and my last one which you can tell the chicken was cooked in old oil. I get we’re all going through rough times right now but that $41 of food to go in the trash is not acceptable. I hope this place improves because I’ll definitely never order again or refer anyone to them.

The food is amazing and fresh. Definitely one of the best chinese food I’ve had. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. When they get busy and my food took a little bit longer to cook, they apologize and are super understanding about it. 10/10 would recommend. A few of my other buddies also love their food. Also, even when the restaurant is close to closing for the day, the owner went out of his way to take my order and make it.

This is my first time coming here today and I’m very pleased. The customer service is great, although the workers speak little english but they’re all so kind and welcoming. The food honestly is phenomenal, not too salty or bland either. If you like supporting small business, this is the spot. Their chicken and spare ribs will NOT disappoint 🙂
