I’ve been going to the Chick-fil-A in Hudson regularly since June, and the consistency has been outstanding every single time. The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be, and the restaurant itself is spotless and well run.
What really makes this location stand out is the crew. They’re genuinely friendly and make it feel like a personable experience instead of just another fast food stop. They’re polite, welcoming, and you can tell they care about doing a good job. Even when it’s busy, everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
It’s honestly one of the best run locations I’ve been to, and it’s the reason I keep coming back.

7 minutes with 4 cars ahead via the drive thru at 9:40am on Sat isn’t the worst, it’s not too bad. Friendly staff, like with any new location it takes a good while for the kinks to work out.
Update: I checked my order and looks like they missed a customized item. Went into the store a team lead / manager addressed me and they quickly fixed the issue. No biggie, and I got an extra sandwich.

I’m giving five stars because I love this place and they are always very nice and helpful BUT for the love of god GIVE ME MORE SAUCE WHEN I ASK. I order a 30 piece combo and I ALWAYS ask for more sauce (when ordering so they can charge me) and NEVER get more. I have to walk in and wait in line to get more sauce and my food gets cold. This has happened more times than I can count SO PLEASE GIVE ME MORE SAUCE FOR A 30 PIECE!!!

I’ll be honest, I’ve had some questionable experiences here in the past, but today really turned it all around. I’ve had people be rude over the intercom and completely butcher my order, I’ve had times I’ve sat in the mobile thru line for 30+ minutes watching the people in the drive thru come and go. Today, there was a line all the way to the end of the drive thru, 7+ people waiting for orders inside, and I got my food in about 10 minutes. I watched the manager working his BUTT OFF! everything was correct, the staff was attentive, food was warm. You could really see everyone doing their part in this location during the busiest time of year, and they did it beautifully. Great job. Fast food can be stressful at high volumes, I give this crew a lot of credit.

Slowest Chick-fil-A ever. I just wait 10 min in the mobile line for two chicken biscuits. The location has been slow since they opened a few months ago. The customary Chick-fil-A culture is also missing from this location. No “Sorry for your wait.” No “It’s my pleasure to serve you”. Once I went inside to order, I stood at the counter for about 10 min and no one even acknowledged I was there. Employees walking back and forth, restocking cups and other things and not even as much as a “We will be right with you.” This location has nothing on the Framingham location. That location is always fast and the culture is on point.

I don’t know why I keep coming back to a place that constantly disappoints. The food takes forever to come out and when it does come out, it’s cold or incorrect. The staff is rude and talks about you In another language while you’re standing right there as if I couldn’t understand what they were saying. this has to be one of the slowest drive thru’s/mobile thru’s that I have ever been to. No wonder this is the only Chick-fil-A in the area that has less than four stars. Marlborough Chick-fil-A could never, and would never. this location should’ve never opened.

The first few days were really good. The staff were very welcoming. But as time went on, the service from the employees was still good, yet the speed at which the orders were delivered became disappointing. I even witnessed a situation where a DoorDash driver had been waiting for her order for a long time. Her order was ready, but there was some confusion and her drinks weren’t given to her. I ended up helping her and asked where her drinks were, and then an employee finally handed them to her.
Anyways, I want to acknowledge J. Victor for his help and patience when we asked him about the drinks.
Chick-fil-A Hudson has a great environment and good customer service, but it could be even better if the orders were prepared more quickly
