I went here because of the high reviews and wasn’t disappointed! I got a 7″ Johnny (chopped Italian sub), bag of chips and a drink. Total was like $15 or so. Staff was very friendly and greeted me as I entered. Service was fast even being peak lunch time. I ate in since I was by myself. Sandwich was awesome, loads of fillings and bread was good quality. Overall very pleased and will certainly go back again when in the area.

For about as long as it’s been open I’ve heard nothing but positive reviews about The Sub Shop In Elmira. Back in April I finally gave it a try. I’m happy to report it did not disappoint. If you’re both really hungry and can’t decide which meat is the best on a Sub I highly recommend the Spartan. The ingredients were fresh and the service was wonderful. This was one of the best Subs I’ve ever eaten and I love that Elmira has a Sub Shop (no pun intended) to call its own.

I heard great things about this sub shop when they first opened. So, of course I had to give them a try. I’ve gotten two subs from there over the last year. The first one was very good. I ordered the giant Italian sub. It has a good amount of meat on it. The roll was good. The veggies were fresh. The one major complaint I have is they use chopped onions, instead of thinly sliced onions. Chopped onions just don’t belong on a submarine sandwich, in my opinion .The second time I got a submarine sandwich from here. I was a little disappointed in it.. It didn’t have the same amount of meat in it as the first one and had too much lettuce. It tasted good though. My search for a truly great Italian sub continues.

I am from out of town and asked girlfriend where best subs are? I was told here got myself a foot long ham and Swiss and omg was she right best sub by far will definitely be back. The boneless wings were just the kicker but flavored to perfection
