Normally, I have no problem with this location. After reading the reviews, I guess I’ve always been lucky with the staff. For the most part, everyone has been super professional, and courteous. However… That was not the case tonight.
I walked to the counter, and the “lady” closest turns and stares at me with no greeting. It wasn’t till a gentleman in the back who said “ There’s someone at the counter” that she even walked towards me. Once at the counter, she stared at me with no greeting. I kinda look back at her waiting for a response, but nothing. I asked how are you tonight, no reply. I said I had a takeout order for my name. She turns grabs the bag sets them on the counter and turn to walk away, still with no response. I then said thank you politely, her reply was. “Yup”.
Do better if you work with the public, we pay your bills, if you don’t like your job, leave it to someone who will.

In all my past visits, I would have given them 4 stars!!! Last night was the worst!! It took forever for the cashier to take my order, but I was patient. When I got my food home and got it out of the bag, it looked liked and tasted like the wings had been cooked, then seasoned and cooked again! They were the worst wings I have ever tried to eat! Half of them went in the trash. The fries were good, the small amount that we got with our 2 person combo… I will not be back! Waiting on Christos to reopen!!! Waste of $28.00.

Disgusting Inappropriate behavior from the staff members. The management doesn’t care about this establishment. They might’ve changed the workers recently. But the habits doesn’t change. Watched an individual come from outside straight to the kitchen without washing hands properly. To wiping their nose to their shirt. Then had the audacity to stare back at me!! Yeah Big No ‍↔️ for me. I disregarded the weed being smoked in the front of this establishment. Carelessness at a high. Enjoy your meal tho. Great spot once it opened up. 2.5 is definitely what this is!!

I was excited when I first heard that Lexington was getting a wing stop, but after visiting this establishment I would stay away from here. I walked in on Wednesday afternoon and there were only 2 guests waiting on food. After placing my order I had to wait and watch other people that placed their orders after me as walk ins place their order and leave. I ordered 15 wings Louisiana rub and Cajun. The only thing good here were the Louisiana rub and the French fries. I got a sweet tea with it, but again was highly disappointed when the tea wasn’t sweetened. Overpriced and not worth the wait at all. You will be better off going to East Coast Wings, at least you will receive them in 15 minutes.

My wife & I stop by this location today NOBODY was in the front or anywhere to be seen 2 customers before us had already waited 10 minutes plus and never saw anyone and had to go behind the counter to get there food. We FINALLY just left & went somewhere else this is TERRIBLE customer service won’t try this location EVER again.

Waited over 20 minutes to place a order. There were 6 employees standing outside smoking, 4 employees standing around the register but only 1 was taking orders. Fountain machine has not been working for the last 2 days. Dining area was NOT clean: tables were messy and floors were dirty. The 6 employees standing outside could have been inside cleaning. Walked in at 5:07, wasn’t able to place order until 5:22, order wasn’t ready until 5:46!

This has got to be the worst wingstop in the area.I was really excited about getting a wingstop in lexington because I would always drive to winston salem but I think i’m gonna keep driving to winston salem for now on. I ordered a ten piece all flats, garlic Parmigiano classic wing with celery and added an order of Cajun corn . I got home and the wings were cold.I did not get all flats.And I did not get the cajun corn that I paid for.

I ordered wings and asked for the sauce on the side, since I like to add it myself. But I was still charged $1.49 for the sauce, even though it’s usually included when wings come sauced. Would be nice if this was made clear beforehand.

Came in there was a line, so I ordered off of their website. Decided to cancel my order after 34 mins because my food wasn’t ready, I watched an employee take out trash, then return to work without washing her hands, watched another employee eat grapes in the window, and was unable to get tea, water, sprite or orange soda as they were “out”.

When I asked to cancel my order I was first called a lair by the woman who didn’t wash her hands and then she pointed to her arm looking at another employee, implying I am racist.
Then Jack, the woman at the register who said she was the store manager, said she couldn’t cancel my order. I showed her the email from Wingstop that says if I need to change or cancel my order to call this store! I was again told that I had to call “them” at this point I decided to just leave the store.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

From the moment we walked in, it was clear something was off. The staff at the register seemed completely out of it—confused, disorganized, and not paying attention. We were overcharged and they nearly gave us the wrong order.

After a long wait, the food finally arrived, but it was served on a plate that looked like it had leftover sauce from something else—absolutely unappetizing. The celery and carrot sticks were especially bad: watery, limp, and clearly not fresh. The celery sticks were nearly transparent, like they’d been frozen and thawed multiple times.

We flagged it, and they did refund the cost of the sticks, but honestly, we were too grossed out to finish the rest of our food after that. It felt unsafe to eat there.

Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Definitely not coming back.
