Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with my experience at Charleys in Potomac Mills Mall (Woodbridge, VA). I ordered a 10-piece bone-in wings, and they gave me 10 boneless “wings” instead, but that wasn’t even the worst part. When I started eating them, I bit into one and realized the chicken was RAW on the inside. Not slightly undercooked, completely raw, pink and slimy, like it never even touched the fryer properly. Only the outside was cooked, and the inside was 100% raw.
That’s not just gross, that’s a serious health hazard. I could have gotten food poisoning from that. I went back to the counter to let them know, and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the manager was rude and disrespectful. No accountability, no concern , just attitude like I was the problem for bringing it up.
I’ve eaten at other Charleys before and never had an issue, but this location is a total embarrassment. If they can’t even make sure the chicken is cooked, they shouldn’t be serving food at all. I’ll never eat here again, and I seriously hope corporate looks into this location before someone gets sick.

They rush to make your food and over priced for the amount they offer. I don’t consider myself being stingy but 4 mozzarella sticks for $4.29? I felt it was a scam and over priced. The sand-which was made sloppy and messy.

I typically really enjoy charley’s cheesesteaks but this location is the worst. Don’t bother doing a mobile order at this location the workers will just stare at you and offer no help, why do you have a sign saying pick up mobile orders here but the employees don’t offer any help? They will just stare at you then go about their business without saying a word while your food sits behind them going cold.There’s a male employee who’s also pretty rude and dismissive as well.Good food but not worth the hassle when there’s others places to eat in the food court. Maybe remove the sign if your employees can’t follow it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered steak sandwiches and paid $19.55, expecting at least decent service. Instead, told there are no refills for soda drinks which would be fine if the policy was communicated clearly and respectfully. Unfortunately, the so-called manager, Scott. This food was so nasty. The cheesesteak was dry as hell even with the cheese on it. It was so dry my throat was begging for some water. There was not an ounce of seasoning on it. The fries were hard as if they hadn’t been cooked all the way and there was no seasoning on them even after I season them when I got home.

In this area, trying to reserve a lane for public use after 6:00 pm is impossible. All lanes are occupied by leagues. Luckily, we found Round 1in the Potomac Mills Mall. The lanes were decent, with plenty of bowling balls with a variety of weights to be had. The music, videos, and flashing lights added to the good times. The rest of this huge facility had hundreds of games! Food is also served. We bowled, had a great time, and satisfied our expectations.

Ordered lunch today and when I got my drink it was 3/4 filled cup. I went back asking for a refill but the manger refused to offer a refill. How cheap is it to refuse a paying customer a refill that cost them pennies. Sometimes it’s easy to win a customer with a simple act but this manger doesnt understand good customer service and shouldn’t be there. I will not go back again.

Staff is very short with you when ordering and quiet even in a mall. I ordered american and extra meat just to be met with the stock sandwich the way it comes with regular meat and provolone. The fries are saltless, the bread isn’t toasted, so it falls apart before you can eat, the meat is flavorless, and not even salt is added. I was disappointed enough i didn’t even finish my sandwich.
