So I guess it’s more than just my family who has a tradition of pizza on Halloween. I guess all the pizza places in town had the same problem. By 5 pm, they had all “closed” their stores to new orders as they had so many they would be making pizza the rest of the night. By the time I got there they were 1.5 hours behind. I ended up cancelling my order after waiting an hour and seeing the wait time slowly climb to two hours. I’m not sure how you fix that except only accepting pre-orders and no DoorDash or GrubHub, no same day pizza orders, or something el like that. I dunno, but not addressing the surge is not working.

I had to edit my review for the first time ever. One bad apple has not spoiled the bunch. I have been back since and the rest of the crew at this location are rock stars!! I stand corrected!
Awful customer service. I came to pick up an order tonight. Not a soul in the lobby, no one came in to pick up.. so it was not busy. Girl at the front couldnt get off her cell phone to even help. It wasn’t a business call or emergency because she had it on speaker so that anyone who came in could hear the “brah” “yo” and everything else they were chatting about. So unprofessional. Why on earth would you hire someone like this?

The gentleman working behind the counter was so polite, friendly and helpful! He deserves a much needed raise! He was running everything by himself! Management you need to give him the raise he deserves! If he wasn’t doing an excellent job customers wouldn’t be coming back! Pay this excellent worker for running everything all by himself in the kitchen! Be a blessing to your staff!

Very inconsistent location. It’s about a 50/50 shot on whether something will be wrong with the order.
Today I found a hair below the pizza. Seriously gross.

I’m not sure what happened to this location but it’s been managed terribly for the past 3-4 months.
There a long line on Friday nights now. They have 8 people making pizza and one person serving the customers so the line gets backed up. They used to have two at the front and 3-4 in the back and it was much more efficient.
Now half the time we order either the pizza is trashed or they get the order wrong

Dominos is ran way better than this location they can never get my food right, management is terrible, and the wait times are bad just for them to serve me SLOP. Sad. Dominos has thr better value and exceeds their service by miles, by actual MILES.

Ordered days in advance of Halloween knowing it would be busy. Called an hour before and we were told it would be ready within 10 minutes of our scheduled pick up time. Arrived to wait in line shoulder to shoulder for 40 minutes, until we were told the order had been cancelled. Horrible service.
