The workers at this Subway are so friendly! They knew several of the customers who came in and made them feel welcome and invited. Everyone’s food was right, no complaints. The store is very clean and smells like Fabuloso. The ingredients are fresh. This is THE Subway to visit in Baton Rouge!

I give this Subway a good review. Its clean
Some of the staff is really nice and go out of there way for the customers. But one employee I think her name is Rhonda she has a attitude sometimes and can be very rude. So i wait til the evening shift comes in. Now those young ladies work well together and are absolutely a delight each time I visit that location

Asked for restroom the lady said they didn’t have one in a ride manor . I will not eat without washing my hands. Hopefully they have a place to wash their hands. Won’t be back to this location.

I normally never leave a negative review but I have never been treated more disrespectfully than at this location. I had just left the gym to get something for lunch when their Employee Rhonda(who’s name is on her necklace btw) was incredibly rude and was somehow mad I came in when it’s 11am and they open at 8am. I didn’t want to start any problems because everyone can have their bad days but I was never rude to her or said anything out of line. Do not recommend this location to anybody especially if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

This is one of my favorite Subway restaurants in the BR area. It’s always clean, the bread is always fresh & the staff is always polite, professional and willing to go the extra mile. This location takes pride in their store. Several other BR Subway’s could learn a thing or two from this location.

During lunch rush there were only 2 people working. 1 preparing food and the other running the register. There was no sense of urgency to get customers taken care of. The cashier didn’t even attempt to help out. The person preparing food was slouchy and rude. I’ll just go the other direction to the other one in Bluebonnet plaza from now on.

Twice in the past month I’ve tried to stop here, each time 3 employees are just standing around talking. They tell me they are doing shift change and it’ll be 10-15 minute wait.
