Really sad to have to write this review as this was one of my favorite places to eat. $22 a plate for 5 finger size ribs and beans with a huge hair in it. Got dinner here tonight and was shorted one rib, the ribs have gotten insanely small as well, and pulled a long (3-5 inches) and thick black hair out of the baked beans. Didn’t even eat the food after seeing how disgusting it looked and the hair was foul. So happy I get home from work excited for Pops just to finds a hairy and skimpy meal. Will not be eating it or ordering from this Pops again. Very disappointing.

We are from Canada and were traveling to Key West to check it out. We needed a snack break. Sat on the patio. Server was attentive. Drinks arrived soon with a bowl of water for the dog. Ordered Burned Ends and Wings to share. Orders arrived quick. Food was very hot and very tasty. Portions were a good size. This is our first Florida BBQ. A little on the sweet side compared to Texas but par with the Carolinas, the Virginias and Georgia. It was pleasant to be able to smell the smoke while dining. A first class operation in our opinion. We would be back often is we resided in the area.

Got a full rack of ribs today at the Art Market at Truman Pier. So delicious!!!!! Great portions and great taste. The beans were sooo good!!! Glad we got there early. 🙂

Atmosphere doesn’t really count… It’s a food truck!

Generous portions. Great meats. The pulled pork was amazing. We had the Carolina and Mississippi (?) sauces. Only complaint would be need more sauce for how much meat. One other quibble: the rolls weren’t very fresh.

Atmosphere , it’s a trailer in a hotel parking lot , but it’s the food that’s important. 3 Rib plate with mac and cheese and barbecue beans. 3 meaty ribs that didn’t need sauce!!!.Great flavoring perfectly cooked with a nice pink color inside. Mac and cheese was the perfect balance of flavor a little bit of pepper. BBQ beans had Pulled pork in them and wonderful flavor complimenting the ribs..superb

Been eating at Pops for over the last year now up in marathon. So happy about the one in Key West. Good quality, food and worth the price. Eat lunch there regularly and treat the family to dinner there at least once a week. Also used them to cater an office event And was extremely pleased with the results.
