Stopped on Oct 31 2025 for lunch. Took 35 plus minutes to get food , coffee refill was warm , food came out warm at best. Short staffed. Should have told they were running behind and short staffed . Won’t be back

Stopped on way through to a tournament. The staff were incredibly friendly however our group of 11 was the only table aside from a 2 top in the entire place and 95% of the food came out cold. The home fries were undercooked, 3 of us ordered chicken strips and none of us ate one full strip. The chicken was super hard and dry. We weren’t offered a replacement meal or refund when we expressed the dissatisfaction. Just told it’s a new chicken and they are struggling to find the balance on cooking it correctly. French toast was good but still cold like everything else. The chicken sausage links were good! Pancakes and eggs all cold. Thankfully our tab was only $125 for 11 people which is surprisingly good in this economy however we’d have preferred to spend a bit more for a warm meal. We still tipped $30 and tidied our table before leaving. Again everyone we encountered was very friendly and that’s always appreciated!

I think they may have been a little under staffed. We had to wait for the waitress to clean our table, after having been seated at a dirty table. We waited for over 25 minutes for our order. My food was cold, as if it had been in a refrigerator. The cheese didn’t melt, and my toast was hard and barely buttered. My mom ordered a BLT. The bread was so hard she couldn’t eat it. (The staff was very loud calling through the restaurant. ) When I received my bill the waitress asked how everything was, and I told her my meal was removed. I left a tip paid the rest of the bill and will not go back.

If your in Washington choose a different location. Honestly not a fan of any location and after this experience I will NEVER return. If it weren’t for my grandson’s being present , I would have walked out hungry. No joke this plate was handed to me like this.

Everything top notch!! Jen was an awesome waitress and they treated the customers very nice. I noticed they took effort to adjust a blind so the sun didn’t shine on someone’s face and yet the person hadn’t even noticed the sun in their face – LOL.

We hadn’t been to restaurants in 6-7 years – good old panic attacks. Anyway, we went to Bob Evans today 8/12/22. We were nearly always pleased, so we went back often. We were excited to go back for breakfast. Their cinnamon chip pancakes were the bomb!! Sadly, discontinued.
Today was so disappointing. This location has gone downhill if this is any indication of their service. The food was fine, what you’d expect for eggs and toast and sausage/bacon. But the service was terrible. No one was with us waiting to be seated at 10:45 am or so, but we waited 5 minutes to be seated. We waited 7-10 minutes for our order to be taken. This was certainly not the fault of our server. Food arrived hot but after another long wait. Our server was Tonya and she was working her butt off. Practically running around to service her customers. If I’d been in her position I’d be heavily breathing from vigorous exercise. One other server was on the floor. All the while 3 people in uniform were behind the counter talking. I actually took pictures, I was so taken aback. They weren’t refilling our coffee or iced tea. They were not helping the 2 other *actual* servers. That is unacceptable. They see people sitting, waiting and waiting, and chat away. Another customer seated near us said it’s always like this and he comes in 2X a week.
It’ll be awhile before we go back, which is unfortunate for BE and for us, frankly. Perhaps Covid-19’s effect on this BE location still lingers. Maybe we’ll try the BE over on Oak Spring Rd.
This used to be a quality restaurant/location in all ways – management was present and helping the servers, all the servers were working, smiles all around, very pleasant , clean place, good food. Hopefully they’ll get their spark back.

Again as we’ve been seeing at all Bob Evans restaurants, which we used to frequent, slooow. Finally someone came over and said 10 minute wait to seat. No one else waiting , minimal cars in the parking lot. We left as we also believed it would take a long time to get a meal. In addition ill add a photo from my breakfeast at New Stanton Bob’s after long wait time, my Everything bowl!

The food and the staff were great. The building itself was extremely dated and could do with a thorough cleaning. The ceiling vents looked like they hadn’t been touched in a decade, and some of the ceiling tiles appeared to be very water damaged and looked horrendous.

Our server Stacy was very attentive from start to finish. She was very professional, had her hair pulled back in one long braid, if she forgot to ask us something she immediately came right back. Our service was quick and delicious. Someone else ran Our onion rings to us and when she came back around she noticed that they didn’t leave any appetizer plates and brought those out immediately. I would sit in her section every time!
