Five Guys has really solid burgers—juicy, flavorful, and cooked well. The fries are Grade A and you definitely get a generous portion. It is a little on the expensive side, but the quality shows. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was clean and well kept, which made the overall experience enjoyable.

If you’ve ever been to a Five Guys, there’s not much to say. The high price point is well worth it for what you get. For those of you that have never been, or even if you’ve just never been to this location, I recommend it. This location had our hefty burgers and our literal mountain of fries ready within minutes fresh from the grill!!! Hilariously enough they forgot the patties on one of my burgers but instead of offering to put them on my already made burger, they remade it completely. Again within minutes. GREAT customer service and food. The restaurant was spotless including the restrooms! Minus a few points for the strong smelling Hand Sanitizer that took me back to my college drinking days.

The best burger and fries made fresh to order. You can top your burger any way you want at no extra charge. I ordered my fries extra crispy. Plenty of condiments on the counter and all the ketchup you can drink. Drinks are self-serve, so help yourself! Want your burger pink in the middle? Tell them!

Five Guys is great. I love their french fries! The fries are especially good when dipped in malt vinegar and ketchup. They do a good job with the burger without a bun. My only “complaint” is that it’s so expensive. It was $100 for 4 people. Granted we all got a shake with or meal… and the shake was really good. overall the quality is great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you like this review please click “like”… it helps my feelings.

Came in at 8:53 tonight, barely stepped in the door before the worker Aidan started barking at us basically how they were closing soon despite them closing at 10pm. He yells at us if we are picking up, then when we place an order gives attitude the whole time because he doesn’t want to do his job. Tells me “there’s 2 patties on the burger” which I am well aware of I’ve eaten here numerous times. I am not sure if he was trying to insinuate something but overall just rude. Then yells at his worker to clean up because they close at 10 so that myself and my mom could hear it. In other words making it apparent how badly he wanted to close. He kept looking at the windows outside to check for cars as well. As someone who works in retail I totally get how irritating it is when customers come in late, but we came in AN HOUR before close. There was no need for him to act like that. Aidan definitely needs some customer service training.

Five guys burgers always hit the spot. Not only was the burger and fries fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, the staff were also very friendly. They also do a great job sanitizing and cleaning the tables between customers.

Five Guys is as always a culinary delight, the staff was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, they do not have a location in the SW area of Albuquerque, it makes it difficult to dine there and only on occasion. I love Five Guys!
