My husband and I love this spot, and we have come back many times! We have ordered dine in and take out, and it is always so good! We usually order the twenty piece wings with four different flavors. Havana heat is a must have flavor for us, however, we haven’t tried a flavor we did not like.

This is the Newest spot on James Island, Came here while family was in town visiting. This location just opened so they are still working things out but they couldn’t have been any more upfront and friendly. They didn’t yet have any tea and no salt/pepper on the tables or napkin dispensers.

The food was all delicious. Very simple menu which is easy to read and order from. I got the double smash burger but those were more like full size patties not smash burger patties. I could have just gotten 1 if I had known the patties were that big. The mac n cheese was delicious.
My aunt got 10 piece all Drum Hot wings which has a $2 up charge if you get all the same instead of mixed. The onion rings were delicious as well. They have Pepsi fountain drinks which is refreshing since most places here only carry Coke products.

I was kinda unsure what to do when we finished eating. They have a trash can in the corner and looks like you would self clean your table but no where to put the drink cups so we cleaned our trays into the garbage but left our cups sit on the table.

We both loved the food and will definitely be back again! I hope this place has much success!!

This place was highly recommended, and did not disappoint!

As soon as I walked in, Rachel was so nice and polite and was patient with me when I didn’t know what I wanted to order. I went for 10 boneless wings with fries. I got Suha Dust and Bangkok Sweet Fire as flavors. Both were very well seasoned, very hot (temp) and perfectly crispy. Fries were perfect and well seasoned too.

Decor is simple, but it gives a relaxed feel. I came on a lunch break and I would absolutely come back!

Everything was great! Onion rings (not pictured) were AMAZING I just wish they came with some sort of comeback sauce. So happy to have a wing place close that aren’t smoked wings! Also wish they had more wet sauce options. We got the teriyaki wings but made them hot, lemon pepper hot, regular hot wings ( I think they just used franks , wouldn’t get this flavor again) and one other signature flavor I do not remember the name. Service was 10/10, food came out quick and hot, and I believe this was just a soft opening! Can’t wait to go back!

Food is great! Service was great! Placed a pickup order & brought it home & it was still hot & fresh! We got bone in & boneless, both which were great! The teriyaki sauce is top notch! Will go again!

I recently visited Flat and Drum Wings on James Island (807 Folly Road) and ordered six hot dry wings with Cajun fries. They serve Pepsi products from the fountain along with some bottled drinks, but no tea. Ordering is counter-service style with a pager to pick up your food. However, as soon as my pager went off, the young lady at the register kindly brought my food to the table and even checked in on me twice afterward. Honestly, that was better service than I’ve had at some full sit-down restaurants.

As for the food, the wings were very flavorful and well-seasoned. The fries were tasty but could’ve been a bit crispier. I went with blue cheese dressing, which was fine but a little thinner than I prefer. Overall, though, I had a really good dining experience. The standout was definitely the customer service—especially impressive for a counter-service spot. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their wing flavors.

I had an amazing experience at this wing spot! The wings were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. They have a great variety of sauces, from sweet and tangy to spicy and bold, so there’s something for everyone.

The service was just as good as the food—friendly staff who made sure everything was fresh and came out hot. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends.

If you’re a wing lover, this is definitely the place to go.

Wings and burger shop on James. Was a little bit hard to get in due to traffic but other than that it’s in a good place. Friendly staff and cook that brought my food out! Food was extremely refilling. I had a double smash burger with a side of fries. The fries were extremely well seasoned and have a unique distinct and pleasant smell. Burger was big and refilling. A plus I like is that these guys sell Levity THC spirits, in cans and the 750ml bottle. Great work guys! Glad I could support a local business.

These truly are the best wings in Charleston! The Suya Dust and Mambo Sauce wings were incredibly flavored with not too much or not too little. They also had a perfect fry still keeping the wings juicy inside but crispy on the outside.

We also tried the fried chicken sandwich which was juicy and flavorful with their house sauce added. Can’t wait to try the smash burger and more flavors. We went to the grand opening yesterday and although they were busy we still got our food fresh and timely and the customer service was on point. Definitely putting this in the weekly rotation! Easy accesss and parking behind the venue too.

Congrats, this will be a staple for years and years to come!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today. I tried the traditional wings, 5 had a pineapple wet sauce and 5 were lemon pepper. The pineapple wings were delicious. The lemon pepper wings were too salty to eat. I called the restaurant to give them my feedback. I will try them again when time permits. Lemon pepper is very potent. It only takes a little sprinkle and it goes a long way.
