Not sure why this place gets so many negative reviews. Maybe I just got lucky but I had a great experience. Food seemed like regular pizza hut quality. Took about 10 to 15 minutes until it was ready. The service in there was very friendly and one of the ladies even gave me some tips on how to not get sun burnt. I was a little nervous to get their pizza after reading the reviews but I was a happy customer.

Good food just a little on the greasy side but nothing you shouldn’t expect from Pizza Hut. I had forgot how good the bread sticks are and haven’t had them in about 2 decades. Just as I remembered them. Pasta was also yummy as well, didn’t last long with our kids.

I waited 2 hours for a cold pizza when I called a older women that don’t even should be working at her age super rude told me your order was cancelled with no costumer service without trying to help or anything. That is why pizza hut is going down because the poor costumer service and more in this place a had happened to me already twice. Worse place ever. THE PIZZA HUT IS LOCATED IN POINCIANA BLVD LAKE BUENA VISTA FACTORY STORES.

If you’re looking for quick pizza and wings in it’s simplicity offered by Pizza Hut then do stop by. It’s located within the little mart in the back. That was you can pick out drinks and snacks to go along with the pizza. You won’t have the full Pizza Hut’s menu available but do expect there to be liveable choices available.

Tbh I was very shocked how clean it was and open so you see everything they do. Not a fan how you can’t call an order in ahead of time. Can only do medium sized pizzas. Also kinda pricey 2 medium pizzas no tip looking at $30

The service was terrible. The employees speak broken English and cannot understand “half-cheese, half-pepperoni.” The manager is only present for a few hours around before 1pm, and cannot be reached when ordering pizza for dinner and having difficulties with the staff. They don’t serve large pizza’s, only medium. Their pizza tastes like the $5 crap you buy from the grocery store; would not recommend. There are a few local pizza places with much higher quality, large pizzas for the same price without the headache.

The workers spoke very little to no english at all. The food tasted absolutely HORRIBLE. I almost threw up eating a normal pepperoni pizza. The food was overpriced for such a small and disgusting menu. I do NOT recommend eating here. You should only eat here if you are desperate for food.

The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because of how convenient the location is, especially if you are staying in the LB Resort and Spa. However, do yourself a favor and drive the 6 minutes to the real Pizza Hut. This is a true Pizza Hut, but they decline all coupons and deals, merely saying “we are an Express” as if that doesn’t mean it still is the same company! Their medium 1 topping with the chicken wings was over $22! They are $5 each at a normal Pizza Hut. Save your money! The 12 minutes spent total in driving is worth almost the $12 you are saving!
