We went to the new Firebirds in Rogers, AR tonight and had a great experience overall. I had the meatloaf with a BLT salad, and my wife did the 3-course meal with the mixed greens, sirloin, and bread pudding. Everything was very good. My father-in-law ordered the prime rib and scalloped potatoes. They initially said they were out of the potatoes, but ended up bringing some once a fresh batch was made, which we appreciated.
The wait for our initial drinks was a little longer than expected, but after that the service was excellent. Portions were large, the atmosphere was really nice, and the value for the price was solid. We’ll definitely be back.
Our server Micky (sp?) was amazing. She constantly checked on us. We had managers stop by and check on us a few times too. I appreciate that.

This is probably my new favorite place locally. I came in with my sister in law for the second time this week (because our brunch was experience was so delicious) because we wanted to try more menu items!
We ordered cake for desert (lemon was amazing!!) because I we were honoring my recently deceased fur baby’s birthday. We were a little down due to the occasion and our waitress Mari-Leigh (who had already been fabulous up to this point) made us feel so special and put smiles on our faces. Many of the staff hurried together and made me the sweetest birthday card with all their signatures. I just cannot express how much they all went above and beyond to show they cared about a total stranger to make my day better.
Everything we ordered was incredibly delicious and beautifully served.
I’m gonna be a regular!!!

Food was great! There Chilean sea bass was very flavorful and the lobster quest to start with was very good. End it with their creme brulée cheesecake Overall the service and atmosphere was inviting!

Birthday Lunch Done Right!
For my birthday last month, I chose Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, newly opened next to the new Whole Foods in Rogers, Arkansas—and I’m glad I did.
From the moment we arrived, we were promptly seated, and our server Sam came right over to take drink orders and offer helpful menu suggestions ️. The prices were a bit higher than expected , but we all ordered our own dishes and gave it a fair shot.
I went with the Cobb Salad with wood-fired chicken . The food arrived in about 15 minutes and looked fantastic—deep, chilled salad bowls, chilled silverware, and overall great presentation ✨.
Once they found out it was my birthday , Sam went above and beyond. The chef prepared a special cheesecake plate that was absolutely incredible—honestly one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had in years .
What really sealed the deal, though, was the personal touch ❤️. Sam surprised me with a handmade birthday card, signed by what seemed like every server and employee in the restaurant, complete with hand-drawn artwork. That was truly special and unexpected.
While the pricing is on the higher side, the service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made it worth it. I would absolutely return and recommend it for a special occasion .

We enjoyed our dinner at a Firebirds. For the app, we got the “wood grilled chimichurri shrimp,” and it exceeded expectations. Very flavorful! Caesar salad was good, maybe a tad heavy on the dressing for others but I liked it. We both ordered stakes and they were cooked correctly. The open-flame char, along with the heavy salt and pepper seasoning, were tasty on the 12oz ribeye. Charred carrots were our favorite side. Drinks were good and the interior is well designed. Staff are all very friendly.

We are so excited to see Firebirds in Rogers! It was our go to in Phoenix! Routine in on Sunday during brunch hours. Had to try the cinnamon roll which is as big as a plate. Super yummy but definitely undercooked. Maybe ask for them to heat it up a little longer for you. But the steaks are the superstars! One of the most beautiful steaks I have seen since moving to Arkansas! It was definitely over two and a half inches thick and cooked absolutely perfect! Yummy potatoes also! Highly recommend the pineapple martini! It is my favorite but did not get one today. Cindy was our server and honestly she was amazing! Going back tomorrow and can’t wait!!
