Atheneum Cider was founded by a wife and husband duo who decided they needed to introduce some excitement into their boring, suburban lives. Beginning as a side-project done between brewing batches of beer, it didn’t take long for cider to take over all of the kegs in their kegerator. With an abundance of cider waiting to be kegged, they began inviting their neighbors to grab a glass whenever they wanted one. Eventually, word spread and more people began talking about their creations.

This stuff is real cider. Not that full of sugar syrup cider you get from the stores! Couey plays and makes so many different flavor profiles! Awesome atmosphere. Chill. Trivia nights are awesome and not your run of the mill easy home run trivia. It’s real trivia. If you come, ask Couey for a mad scientist! Family run business! Definitely my favorite place to hang and have some drinks!

Atheneum has very friendly service and a laid back atmosphere. I tried The Hook, a ginger lime cider, and it wasn’t too dry or sweet. Not sure which cider to try? Just ask for some recommendations. They’ll let you try them out.

Very nice vibe for everyone to hangout and chill. Also cool for DND matches and other similar activities. Host very kind and helps you pick drinks and experiments with new cider mixes. Highly recommend for a good drink and a good time.
