Olia Restaurant offers an exceptional dining setting…it’s clean, upscale, and the attention to detail in the restaurant is truly excellent. The food is also spot on. I highly recommend the Shakshouka and Matcha Pancakes, which were both awesome and really tasty. It’s a nice touch that they also serve Starbucks coffee.
The only drawback is the service, which was occasionally questionable; staff were blunt, often responding with a simple “no” instead of offering helpful alternatives for requests. It doesn’t take much to please a customer; all you gotta do is try. If they improve this approach to customer service, Olia is an easy 5-star restaurant.

Very disappointing service. We said hello when we arrived and the waiter ignored us. We waited 10–15 minutes to order, and no one helped. When the waiter finally came, she told us to wait and then turned away to laugh and chat with another staff member.

I will make it short . we love to sit outside. but every time we come to the coffee shop , we have to clean the dirty tables chairs our selves.
the floor is full of cigarettes and other trashes .
Unbearable waiting time . yesterday most of the customers left after standing in line for the longest time. you had only two servers then another lady arrived breathless. staff were doing there best to accommodate inside customers and outside , but they could do so much . We know that so many good staff had left . We always hear complaints from customers. please train your employees after collecting the left over food and the dirty plates to wash their hands before they start making our coffees . please clean the area so we could enjoy the atmosphere. most of our families live around hoping things will change so the could enjoy there day . and you need to enforce the smoking laws. because they do not listen to your employees when kindly tell them not to smoke in the area . it is really sad to see so many of the regular customers that we used to see not coming anymore.

I visited the Starbucks section of the hotel on 01/31 to order a coffee. The barista-Melina started a rude gesture and tone of voice when she heard my order was just a regular cup of coffee. I emailed the manager, and received no courtesy response, so here I leave a review.

This restaurant-cafe became ofrece New favorite place to have breakfast and hangout for a coffee whenever we want to take a break. The staff/servers are very courteous and attentive. They are great! The food… we wish they are more consistent. One of our favorite plates is the Mediterranean Omelet. Last time, we got it overcooked and not enough filling. The potatoes were delicious.
Hopefully the manager will improve the consistency of the quality.

Before I attended here they have canceled my reservations twice!! Besides on the event we attended the menu was very limited which wasn’t worth the price which was 145 per person!! Would not recommend if they prioritize events over reservations then force us to those events which interfere with plans.

Fantastic Sushi and drinks. This restaurant is located in the Glenmark hotel and the hospitality of the hotel carried into the restaurant. A beautiful rooftop setting with great view of the Glendale skyline.
