This place is racist. My experience was terrible and after reading other reviews I see only people who are not Spanish have complaints (therefore, they treat people who are not their color differently here) I order food from this place during the snow and got 2 tacos with my order. 2 tacos and and extra shell that was empty. (Paid $21) I called as soon as I received my food because no way 2 tacos come up to $21 I did not even open my food and told the manager. To manager refused to fix my order and instead offered to send me a video of security footage in their kitchen. I asked if my order can be fixed and even asked if they need me to keep the food untouched so they can fix my order and he only offered my money back. Did not work with me as a customer and treated me as if I’m trying to get one over on them. Never again terrible customer service. Offered every option but actually fixing my order and I even gave a tip. I was offered a refund and never received it!!!! The manager even had an “I don’t care” attitude when I spoke to him. I wish for a better experience for others.

AMAZING!! We ordered a little bit of everything just to taste test and was not dissatisfied. We had the horchata, the guacamole was an explosion of flavor, the shrimp ceviche was chefs kiss, and the birria tacos just topping it all off. Price is a bit up there but it’s worth every penny. 10/10 recommend this place and this will be our new place to eat.

Worst Guacamole I ever tasted!!! It’s so bad I couldn’t eat more than 2 chip scoops of it. Even the color was unappealing and once at the first taste I could tell frozen avocado was used. Absolutely horrid taste. Very disappointed I was almost compelled to go back to ask for a refund. Granted I usually make my own fresh guacamole almost everyday but I have had good guac at several places on the island with La plaza Mexican deli being the best and for a bout 25 cents more La Plaza gives a more generous serving of far superior quality. *Mariachi guac circled in blue

Beautiful place, delicious food and very good service… This is a place where someone spends a time with family and friends. Service was good as well. Staffs were patient. I would definitely recommend that place. Also thanks Mellie for your attention.

Call for reservation on a saturday told not needed. Went there and place was empty! Told me that food would take 45 minutes? So i asked for ceviche and waiter came back and said not available today? We got up and left. Wouldn’t recommend due to not being able to serve food in a supposedly a restaurant?
