I hit up the drive thru and got my correct order, it was quick, the food tasted good, the service was friendly and it was a positive Taco Bell experience. Whenever I’m in the area, I will make sure to visit this location and avoid the location a few miles south of this place where I got bad service recently. Crunchwrap Supreme here was tasty.

This is the best Taco Bell on earth. Everytime I come the employees are so nice. I order the chicken flatbread and they put a lot of chicken and a lot of sour cream on my flatbread. They did not skimp out on the toppings. It’s the first thing I’ve ate today and I am highly satisfied. I will be coming back for more

I tried to get my check in code and app kept saying try again. It showed my rewards, menu etc. I explained this to the person and they said they couldn’t help me if I could pull around again because it was on a timer. So I didn’t order for my entire family. I just got a classic luxe box. I was told that I could scan my receipt but guess what it didn’t give me a receipt. I say it because it was not personal like a robot. This is the worst customer service I ever received anywhere.

Food was hot, fresh, and tasty!! Im visiting some family in the neighborhood and wanted taco bell at night around the time when they close their dining room and lock their doors. So I ordered on my app and walked around to the drive thru thinking it was okay to get my food and unfortunately they DO NOT DO WALK UP ORDERS WITH THE DRIVE THRU !!!!!
Please understand that before you make an order or make your way there, I didn’t see the problem but I completely understand why they have the rule. I only ordered 2 crunchy plain tacos and fortunately I begged the person to please hand them over or else to help me get a refund. You MUST have a car to get food through the drive thru or else no car means no food, even if you order on the app. It’s a very unfortunate policy for people who don’t have a car, such as me a tourist visiting the area.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest felt cleaner before entering.
When ordering food you might as well go through the drive threw window. If you dine in you can only use the machines to intake order. For some this maybe a convenience but not all. I ended up leaving and not ordering because I couldn’t find what I normally get.
