I asked for an Italian sub with no bread, as that is one of the options on the menu. We arrived home and my it was a full on sandwich.. with bread. Thankfully I’m not celiac which would have meant throwing it all away. Frustrated because that was a simple ask. This is my first experience trying Firehouse subs, and being that everyone’s taste buds differ, I didn’t really like the flavors. I like mayo, but it was completely drenched with it and something in the sandwich tasted sweet, like a sweet ham or something, and that is not true Italian, but maybe that’s what is liked in this area… just not for my tastebuds, will not be returning. Staff could pay better attention and show more personal interest to customers
