Only Jamaican spot I’ll go to. Stacy is literally the best, she knows my order and everything. I’ve been going to this spot for probably over a year, close to two now. I recommend this spot to all my friends and family. It’s authentic with true, genuine people running it. The food is good, but also consistent. There hasn’t been one time I picked up food and it didn’t taste like the last time I picked up. I typically order the curry chicken w/ rice n peas, plantains, curry & beef paddy, a side of jerk chicken. I’ve also had the oxtail, Rasta pasta and so much more and all of its banging!!

We ordered online close to 730pm and they were closing at 8pm. The Food was complete and hot when We came to pick it up. The Door was locked when We showed up at 750pm, the Lady who opened the door was very friendly and retrieved Our food. I ordered the Jerk Chicken and mistakenly did not order the sauce, don’t be like Me. My Wife had Jerk Wings and they tasted so so good. We were able to eat in the vehicle. It was limited parking in the side of the building where the restaurant is but the complex parking is plentiful.

I’ve had Carribean Stop for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff is very welcoming and warm. They food is very fresh, hot, and seasoned! I was happy to have the option of the bone in or boneless jerk chicken, they were both fantastic and had that traditional jerk taste with their own twist! The oxtail is very tender not overcooked at all. I’ve been back there a few times since then and have received the same customer service every time! I will be a loyal customer from now on! 10/10 across the board for me! Thanks Carribean Stop!

I visited The Caribbean Stop off of a whim & was pleasantly surprised. Curry Goat, Rice & Peas, Plantain and the Cabbage were a 10/10. Proportions filled the entire container and the curry goat was perfectly tender, marinated, spicy & steaming hot! If you like plantain, be sure to order extra. What you see is what I got. Nonetheless 10/10.

Finally found a perfect place to get amazing jerk chicken and ox tail! I have been staying in MD for quite some time now and i’ve been craving for some good Caribbean food and today I finally had that and more. I ordered in this place for the first time through Doordash for pick up and I was so amazed how I got my food still hot despite being 20 mins late for pick up, and driving 30 mins back home with it still steaming hot upon opening the container. I also had to request some changes with my jerk chicken as I like it bone in than boneless and they did just that for me. I had to add $2 more for it but it was totally worth it! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back soon!

The restaurant was experiencing problems with the phone line. So I used the contact us link on the website. The owner returned my message shortly thereafter, answering all my questions. (I had so many) They are willing to customize your order to your needs. Great experience.

Had the Curry Goat and the Plantains. Best plantains, fried well and so sweet! Curry goat had thick pieces of meat and curry was soaking in flavor with nice aroma. Yet to try the jerk chicken! Do call before you go there/place your order, to make sure they have your selection of meat! Highly recommend this Jamaican spot! It is takeout only.

I’m a little disappointed to have to rate this a 2 because I was so excited to try this place based on the extremely high reviews, however, the food is underwhelming. Portion size is great for the price point, but flavor wise it’s just not there. Not sure if it was a bad day or different cook from everyone else’s experience, but the curry chicken and the oxtails lacked flavor. I also was not expecting to receive curry chicken breast instead of bone in chicken so that kinda threw me. Overall I give this a 2 outta 5 because the customer service was decent and the portions are very generous.

I love everything about this take out restaurant first off the customer service is wonderful . I love how I can literally smell the jerk chicken pulling up in the air . Their jerk is very spicy and on point if you’re a spicy fan like myself . The portions are BIG. The oxtail Mac and cheese is freaking amazing . The fresh cabbage is tasty . The jerk salmon is amazing . The beef patty taste like it came straight from Jamaica . This is my new fav spot . Please keep in mind this business has no seating inside .

I was lucky enough to discover The Caribbean Stop Take out & Catering. The food is here delicious, fresh, and hot every time! We had a Super Bowl party last night and was delivered 100 BBQ Jerk wings. The whole party everyone was raving about how delicious they were and that they were the best wings they’ve ever had! It’s clear they take pride in what they do and want to provide amazing food and service! Thank you soo much to Mrs. Stacey and family for taking such great care of us! ❤️ Cheers!!
