I purchased a boneless ham for Thanksgiving. The ham was fatty, old and not of good quality. This was not a fresh ham, It was dry and discolored. I will never purchase from the Honey Baked store again. The service was poor and the wait to pick up a prepaid ham was chaotic and unorganized. An employee stated, “ It’s a mess but oh well”!

I wish the meat was sliced thinner. It’s would create a balance on texture and I’m sure on food cost . No one wants to feel like they’re biting through a ham or turkey steak sandwich. You can do the same worthy of meat . And your customers would be able to see the value not just taste.

Came here around 2:30pm on a Friday. Ordered a classic ham and a classic turkey meal and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh! The two gentlemen in the store at the time where very nice and patient while I was ordering. I will definitely come back to this location! 5 stars!

During the holiday season it’s very busy because they have such good turkey and ham products. They also have sides and dessert. Plan ahead, order ahead and you should be fine. I placed an order in person as the phone lines have been busy. I’m all set for our team lunch.
