I felt so bad and embarrassed for Lacy at subway in Newburgh hts. The worker at BP (i think her name is chantell) was beyond rude to Lacy! She used foul language, sneered, and was generally repulsive towards Lacy. Not only was i uncomfortable but I felt the BP workers behavior was unprofessional and intimidating to all the customers. Subway should do something to protect their employees!! I am so upset at what i saw. I had so much respect for lacy for continuing to do her job despite the repulsive behavior of Chantell who is in my opinion a repulsive individual!! Shame in BP for hiring such disrespectful employees!

I asked for a steak and cheese. Well let’s begin with he was trying to make two or three sandwiches at a time how ever many people together he wanna make them at once. Now I asked for mayo in the bread and he gonna tell me how much I need now at the point I am walking away to take a breath when I come back to finish my sandwich because he was trying to make the other sandwich I didn’t realize there was no cheese in a sandwich named steak and cheese smh so once I was told I quickly stopped him and asked why was there no cheese on a sandwich which the name was steak and cheese smfh he replied that I was responsible for making sure he did his job or not. Prolly the worst fast food chain I’ve ever been to. I work next door and I have seen them open maybe once in the last year. Every time I stop by and get gas I always chuckle when I hear potential customers walk out annoyed that they seemingly are never open but workers just standing around. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Trash!!!!!! Everything about this place is trash! The food, the people.. just save yourself the pure and utter disappointment and don’t go here. One time I stood and waited in line for a couple minutes only to be told they were closing after the person in front of me. Why wasn’t I told when I first walked up? And why are you closing at 12:30pm? Just complete TRASH!!!!!! I saw a roach traps too in the walkways of the fast station!

Honestly I feel like they are only open because they are supposedly 24 hours. It takes over an hour for inventory but don’t even tell you they are closed. Even Ms T was standing around on her phone instead of helping customers. Even tho there were at least two people working. You go in at night it takes 3 hours for end of day and for the computer to come back up every single day. They catch an attitude if you bring something to their attention. The night shift is usually so high you have to repeat yourself 50 times you have to ask if they can cut your sandwich just for them to get mad

Went there today and it didn’t seem like the worker wanted to be there. Usually subway workers clean and cut fresh veggies but this one wasnt doing anything. My husband always orders a pizza sub. Lady said that they don’t offer that and its not even on the menu. I explained that my family comes in all the time and get the pizza sub. She seemed like she had an attitude but also apologized for not having the pizza sub. She even had the cashier from the gas station back her up that subway don’t make the pizza subs. But clearly we order it from there online and in person. Lady also said there’s people here for over 20 years and do what they want and get me(her) introuble. For 4 sandwiches it coast me $50 and it didn’t even taste fresh. Chicken was cold even though it was toasted and the tuna tasted un fresh and really fishy…….I over heard her tell the other employee that walked in that she had 5 complaints today… another time my family comes in to subway we don’t really have a problem. There wasn’t much options for veggies. Very unsatisfied with the food and a lil of the service
