Came in and ordered fish dinner plate and chicken tenders and drinks. I have had fish from the east coast to the west coast and I have to say the fish was PERFECT! The place was clean service was great. Fish was so good I even got a fish sandwich to go. Please keep up the good work. Love to see a fast food establishment that takes pride and delivers with such excellence. Will keep coming back

First time at the Culver’s in Oak Ridge, TN. The entire layout is perfect. Spacious, very well designed for ease and comfort and the kitchen looks like it’s very comfortable for the workers to move around with ease. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and my Wife had a butterburger. The spicy chicken sandwich is wonderful, gives good heat, very crispy and moist. The butterburger was equally delicious with the glare of the butter on top of the bun looking and tasting incredible. This was the first first time I had been to a Culver’s restaurant in 25 years, since I lived in Wisconsin. It is seriously just as great as back then and I am an extremely happy customer. We will definitely be back and dive in for a larger lunch or dinner!!!
Thank you Culver’s!!!

I had really high hopes for this because I love Culver’s! The food was good. Unfortunately, the service was sub par at best. We waited about 20 mins for our food and about 30 more minutes on custard.
When we did receive our order, it was wrong on multiple counts and had to be corrected.
As a person who has worked in food service, I do my best to offer grace, but this wasn’t a great first impression. I think I’ll opt for Freddy’s or make the drive to the location off Cedar Bluff.

Edit to say: Kyleigh D. Was so kind to help us. She saved the day!

I wouldn’t waste my time here. The food was comparable to other locations, but they were extremely stingy with portions, especially the custard. I wasn’t even get a full scoop. The Cedar Bluff location is a much better overall experience.

Good food, fast & friendly service. The fried cod dinner is delicious. Culver’s custard is very good. Too bad LaFollette,TN. doesn’t have this restaurant because it would be a hit!

I absolutely love the crispy chicken sandwich, fries and the cheese curds! I like the fact that they have big cups for ketchup that I don’t have to carry 8 cups in my hand. Usually has sports on one of the TVs. Employees are friendly and genuinely act like they have fun working there. I’m a diabetic, so I’ve not tried the ice cream but I’ve drooled looking at customer’s selections. I’ve tried about everything on the menu and it all is great!

I just happened to see this newly opened restaurant and decided to give them a try. I have to eat GF and they offer a GF bun so that gave me a variety of options to try. Their GF bun was the best one I have ever had. It was soft and thick enough to stand up to a sandwich without breaking apart. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

My husband and I LOVE Culver’s!
However, as excited as we were when the Oak Ridge, TN one opened back in September 2025, our excitement quickly diminished. Our first order was right on. It was very busy and every employee was running at top notch quality. But it did take over 10 minutes for my order. Everyone was brand new and I didn’t expect perfection.
I don’t care for drive throughs so I always go in for my orders and as a take out.
Every order since and I’ve been there 6 more visits, my order has been wrong. I make sure to check it before leaving now and it’s almost laughable that it’s never correct. 3 times my husband’s double Swiss & Mushroom burger was totally forgotten. 1 time it came out as a single. 1 time they forgot my onions on my double cheese. And today they charged me for a double cheese when I ordered a single cheese. Which they gave me a refund. The cashier said knew it was supposed to be a single. And of course when I received my order they forgot my husband’s Mushroom & Swiss…… And it took over 10 minutes. Oh and my cheese is never melted.
I see by other reviews that I am not alone. The customer service is very good and I still love the taste of the burgers and cheese curds. But if they don’t start getting their act together, Freddies is right down the street.

Despite being extremely busy, the drive thru lines moved smoothly and quickly through the ordering process and drive-thru window. It dropped to an absolute standstill after. Waited approximately 15 minutes to receive my order.

While at the drive-thru to pay, the young woman taking payment insisted that I didn’t know my own name, and acted offended and surly when I corrected her. No apology for the confusion.

The burger was not thoroughly cooked. Not raw or unsafe, but cheese (not the cheddar I ordered, but American) was unmelted, meat was cool, and the bacon was chewy. Condiments were thrown on like a Jackson Pollack painting, and the canvas more the outside of the box than on the burger itself.

The curds were really good!

In conclusion, I’d personally recommend making the 15 minute drive to Cedar Bluff if you’re craving Culver’s. The Oak Ridge store has quite a bit a room for improvement.

It’s okay! Not terrible, better than McDonald’s and Burger King but I won’t be coming back. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The hamburger was very salty and the fries were over cooked and hard.
