I don’t normally do positive reviews. Usually I only review if I’m unhappy. However, the woman that help my girlfriend and I today deserves recognition. We were confused about the deals on the app and struggled to make an order. She assisted us through the process kindly and professionally. I left with both our perfectly made sandwiches and a smile. This is how it should be done.

I’m not one to normally leave a review, whether I have a good or bad experience but wow this was a whole different level. The blonde/blue haired girl was extremely rude, from the very beginning. I understand jobs like this can be demanding at times, but that’s never an excuse for the type of behavior and attitude given from this girl. As soon as I walk up, I’m asked what kind of sandwich, and as someone who doesn’t go to subway a lot, I asked if I could do a build your own type of sandwich, and she repeats herself with attitude “what kind of sandwich?” That took me back, and then the rest of the experience was the same, her slamming the containers into the bin, slamming the bread door shut, throwing stuff around in the back. At the end, Im asked if I wanted a meal with any of the three sandwiches, I respond saying I wanted a meal on just one, then again “so a meal” with more attitude and disrespect. The disrespect and attitude was so bad, the other girl working with her kept shooting apologetic looks at us and looking over at her each time she’d slam something. Extremely disappointed in my experience and will not be going back to this location.

The hours are listed as open until 8p. We arrived at 7:40 and waited patiently for 5 mins until a very rude female working there (dark hair, short, glasses, teenage or early 20s) stormed to the front and told us she would not make sandwiches because they were closing. 20 mins (now 15) seemed like more than enough time to make 3 bowls. I asked her if we should go somewhere else and she rudely told us yes and started berating us with “bye”. There was a bit of back and forth at this point because I couldn’t believe the behavior of this employee. Sad this is what was represented as costumer service.

The Subway on Hwy 50 is lovely and will now be getting our business exclusively.

I work at the mall. And every time I go to get subway on my lunch break (I work at the mall) I have to literally yell to the back to get any kind of service if any..like today I waited by the registers for at least 5 minutes and nothing. I walk away and come back a couple minutes after and yell hello to the back and still no response. This place SUCKS at having someone available to prepare any of the food they prepare. Don’t waste your time.

I went to the counter first off and asked if they excepted coupons I was approached by a young lady named Brittany who was very rude. She said no and that there were two other stores within a 5 mile radius that we can go to. I told her it was fine and that I would order food there then went to order and decided that instead of buying two separate sandwiches I would like to buy one. She stated that the bread had already been cut into, her that was fine and I would still like the place the order as one. She then exacerbated the situation stating that it cannot happen because the Bread was already cut into half. I explained to her that I did not care if the bread was already cut in half because either way at the end of making the sandwich the bread would be cut in half. She then mimic me underneath her breath and spoke to her coworker. They then made snorkeling comments back-and-forth to each other Before Brittany decided to step back. Brittany‘s boyfriend then approach the counter and they had a private conversation in front of everybody. Brittany was also called out by one of her friends and walked out of the side where she continue to talk about the service that she just gave to me. The situation kept going after I left the area, to where the third coworker walked out, looked around the area seen where we were pointed our direction and went back behind the counter. The situation grew out of hand, and became a bad part of my day. I feel very uncomfortable being at that establishment and I felt like Brittany could’ve handled the situation In a controlled way. As a teenager, it is still to hold profession in a professional work environment. The way she handled the situation was very unprofessional, especially after I had already walked away from the counter.

I was very disappointed with my overall service i received at this subway location. I first was waiting for their employee who had black hair and purplish ends serve another customer, the entire time I watched her have an attitude, and say remarks under her breath, rolling her eyes and slamming everything around. She took my order was very rude and snappy with me, She barely toasted my sandwich, and when i took a bite the egg was still frozen and cold. I truly expected better from this subway, but was let down once again, I suggest they have a meeting about work ethics and customer service with that girl because this was unacceptable and I couldn’t eat my sandwich I payed for because it was Un edible.

The girl with black and blue/ purple hair had an attitude before she even helped me, got a BLT and charged me before i was even finished telling her what i wanted on my sandwich, when i asked for avocado she said i couldn’t get it because i already paid i told her id pay in cash however much it was. She didn’t even tell me how much it was so i just guessed it was a dollar and she put the cash into the tip jar after making such a big fuss about how i can’t get it because i already paid for just the sandwich ( not my fault you charged me before i was done telling you what i wanted) So not only does she have an attitude and doesn’t know how to do her job she’s also stealing from this establishment

We ordered our food. The girl making our sandwiches did not change gloves between customers. They were out of provolone cheese and she went to the back to get more. She did not change her gloves when she returned to the front. She then touched her hair and still did not change them. When she was asked to change them she coped an attitude and threw the used gloves on the floor. My friend who was next in line asked her if she knew why she was asked to change her gloves. The girl replied no. When she was told the reason, she just laughed. I would not recommend this Subway for unsanitary reasons. The second reason is we were told the manager does not accept coupons even though they are listed as one of the Subways that does.

Horrible service and there’s food everywhere. My friend ordered provolone, it ran out so the girl went to the back with the gloves on, she came back with the same gloves on and touched her hair. When it came to my turn I asked her to change her gloves she got mad and the them on the floor. She dropped tuna on the counter then just pushed it back in the container. She then proceeded to help the girl behind me without finishing my sandwich first. My bread was extremely crunchy on the edges and it wasn’t toasted. As I’m sitting eating I watch her touch her mouth, rub her nose, play with her hair and then touch the food. She should NOT be working with food.
