Fantastic spot in Oak Brook!
MinnieBird serves up one of the best chicken sandwiches, crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The fries are just as great. The whole place has a cool, modern ambiance, and I loved that the meal ended with a complimentary cone of soft serve , a fun and nostalgic touch!
They also have an endless variety of drink combinations, which is exciting to explore, though a bit overwhelming (and honestly, not all them are that tasty). Still, the food more than makes up for it.
If you’re in Oak Brook and craving a top-notch chicken sandwich, MinnieBird is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended!

Not exaggerating when I say these were the best chicken tenders of my life. I got the Nashville tenders with the hot level spice. The chicken was so tender, just about falling apart. The spice was a delicious glaze on the outside. Washed it all down with a red dirt road and complimentary caramel ice cream. 10/10, could not get any better

I went to the Minnie Bird in OakBrook for the first time ever and I was really excited to try the food. Unfortunately my first experience was not what I expected. I was biting into my sandwich and it tasted very weird. I got the South Charm Chicken Sandwich with cheese curds and an orange fanta with cream. I bit more of my sandwich and it did not taste fully cooked. I checked and I saw it was not fully cooked. I paid $23.62 for the meal and for a chicken sandwich that was not fully cooked. I am really disappointed because I thought it would be good.

Absolutely delicious. Stopped by here in a moment of hunger despair and was not disappointed. The chicken was succulent and crispy. I had the chicken with pimento sandwich which was substantial and tasty, the kids had the chicken tenders which were again huge and juicy, this is perhaps the best tasting chicken sandwich out there. Highly recommend.

In town for a hockey tournament, had a pleasant visit, food was great. Servers and most of the clientele are kids, spacey, no hurry, kid attitudes. Whatever, food was good but I had to stand there for a bit before anyone said, “hi, right over here” if we end up in town agai, I’ll definitely be back.

12.26.25 – Service is good. The owner or manager is friendly and courteous. The free ice cream helps a lot! The sauces are good. The tables are usually cleaned after each guest (I’ve been here 4x and this has been the case each time). I’ve had one Dirty Soda and it was preeeeetty good!
