Mexican food was good. Egg perfectly cooked. All three salsas were delicious. Coffee was good. Pancakes soft. Parking might have to down the street. Don’t be discouraged if u don’t see anyone there. Jose was a nice waiter and his mom is the cook. Am coming back again.

THIS IS AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD!!! Handmade corn, flour tortillas and queso fresco or cotija is what you need to look for if you are searching for authentic.

Serving Interior Mexico style Mexican cuisine. Fantastic salsa with house made chips. Had the cheese enchiladas which were very unique. Definitely NOT Tex Mex. But subtly delicious and healthy.

Tortilla chips are so fresh that they are warm and the oil still glistens on some. They could be more numerous, however. Salsa verde is GREAT. Roja is ok; a bit watery. Chile relleno was quite good. Served with both queso fresco and fresh, warm ranchero sauce. Refried beans were smooth and tasty. Rice was typical. Service was spotty but friendly.
Will be back. Great “off-Broadway” alternative to selections on Earl Garrett.

It is a great place to enjoy authentic Mexican food. We love supporting family based businesses, and this one is definitely our favorite! Moving from home has been tough, but it’s people like these that make it all better! Great chef, great hospitality was served as well as the awesome food!

Went for lunch at noon on a Friday. The place had 2 tables with patrons all other tables empty. I ordered the beef enchiladas that comes with refried beans and rice. The food was property seasoned, the serving size was a tad smaller than other Mexican food dives I’ve been to for the money. The chips were crispy and not greasy and served with red mild, red hot and salsa verde. The service was good. The place itself could use a little more ambiance, there were 2 ceiling fans not in use so the air felt a tad stagnant and no background music made the place feel somewhat morbid. It was a quick in and out place to eat and that is all it was.
