I came I with one other person and we waited patiently while it seems like she was making an order for a Door dash or Uber eats order. It was fine since I wasn’t sure what to get anyways, so it gave us time to choose. But once she finished I told her with a loud clear voice what I wanted but it seemed like she could not hear me. I understand that trying to hear over the glass I difficult so I said it louder and she did hear me, but put the wrong protein. So she had to make another sandwich. She seemed sick and when she spoke it seemed like her through was rough. She was the only one there and I’m not sure if they have a skeleton crew or someone called out but they need someone to just help.

Mobile order was wrong— phones are broken so you cannot call- staff insisted we had to correct it in the app- told them that’s not possible- the refused to provide contact for the owners or for management— told us to come back that is was above her pay grade to assist. Worst customer service experience and it seems to be a trend. They treat you like crap and mess up your order and refuse to do anything to remedy the issue.

Wow. I don’t think I’ve been to a Subway that is WORSE than this one. I ordered online and when I arrived the women were incredibly rude to me. They made me wait 10+ mins for my sandwich, which was not even wrapped btw. So of course I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. One of the women panicked, because she clearly doesn’t know how to handle conflict. And the other woman proceeded to look down and mumble “well you’ll have to do that on your side”. Ummmm no. The policy of the app clearly states the store is responsible of refunds/cancellations. I asked them if I should come back in the morning to speak to a manager, and they tried to ignore me. I raised my voice and asked them AGAIN if I should just come back in the morning. And then they didn’t want to tell me the freaking manager’s name!!!! This place is ridiculous. The people that work here are a mess. Just don’t even bother going here. You will leave upset and annoyed.

They got the order wrong, delivery person was great; and apparently NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE. Sandwich missing items, not toasted. How can I get a refund if no one answers?

In person it wasn’t bad service wise, however this place doesn’t fully cook their bread or food and when we called asking for either a refund or sandwich remake all they could say was “that’s above my pay grade”

I went in to the store today at 5:49 pm. The female worker in there walked out, didn’t say one “hello, welcome” or anything. Instead she mumbles “how many sandwiches?” I was so taken aback but said “one”. She then mumbled “what bread?” Still not ever looking at me. I said “aren’t you going to say hi?” She didn’t even look at me so I said “never mind” and began to walk out. She then turned to go back to the back again. I turned around and said “next time, you should say hi, it’s called customer service.” She didn’t even let me finished, just walked away without saying anything. The lack of customer service should be embarrassing for this store. This girl has no business working in customer service. I will never go back there. Horrible

Went in and had a buy 3 footlongs for 19.99 they people there won’t take those types of coupons. There is nothing posted anywhere when you walk in saying that they don’t take them. The people that were working were not nice about telling you that either. Just heads up if you go in with a coupon there. Ended up paying 40$ for 3 sandwiches around 13$ each…fyi

Says they close at 930 I have letting the phone ring and ring since I got all the way home only to find that one of my sandwiches is completely wrong.. I have no idea how because it was a footlong turkey and I wanted half of it toasted. Sounds easy right. That’s what I thought but the second half (it was rolled separately) is roast beef or something. But they won’t answer the phone and it’s 905 pm. Real nice
