Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Caution: Sunday hours on Google don’t match the store’s actual hours. This store also did not turn off their mobile ordering after closing so we placed an order after hours. A week later we are still fighting to get a refund after several attempts to resolve. Phone calls, feedback via the app, and an in person visit have all yielded ZERO results or response from anyone at this franchise. It seems Scooters has unfortunately gone downhill at several locations in Omaha and this experience just adds to the disappointment.

Amazing service. This is a training location, but we’ve only ever had great, friendly service here! We don’t often get food, but they came out with the salted carmelicous cake balls! Yum!!! They were pretty & tasted amazing. And there’s a surprise of caramel in the middle!
For drinks, we got a blended carmelicious & mango matcha smoothie. Both were yummy, as always!

Thought i give it a second try. Not sure if staff is not trained correctly or what. First it was my drink had no flavor now my cookies seem like they heat them up with a cup of coffee. They are not heated up correctly. All the cookie is cold with the exeption of a very small section in the center

I absolutely love this Scooters! I love the ladies who work there and I love love love that my same drink always tastes the same every time I go! That’s consistency, baby! I just love it. They have amazing customer service and I feel like I get in and out, even when there’s a longer line during the super busy times. They just get it right. Every. single. thing. every. single. time.

My husband and I have frequented this location for years. The owner is such a sweet heart. Contact her if you have any issues. This is one advice I give to any Barista at Scooters: Please, please, please, I beg you. Stir the hot drinks. Otherwise the flavor sits at the bottom making it seem like the drink isn’t good until that last sip which is literally liquid sugar. The Baristas here know us and are really super nice. I have had one exchange which was negative with one staff member who seemed to be annoyed by our visit and was extremely rude BUT this is 1 time out of the dozens of times we’ve visited over the years.

Rude staff. When we asked the dark roast, wouldn’t give us the name of the dark roast. When we got to the window, they handed us drinks we had 3 hot drinks and so we asked politely which one is this and the response was “the only medium.” What if this had been our first time at scooters? How would I know the size of the cups? This location needs to step up their customer service, specifically the woman working at the window.
Whoever made the coffees did a great job, they are delicious. Unfortunately won’t return to this location for the rude service.

This scooter’s is AWESOME!! The new owner’s are wonderful and are always helpful, friendly and quick! They make perfect drinks and I find myself going out of my way to come back to this store. The best part about it is that I know I am helping a genuinely awesome couple raise their family of 3 with my contribution. Best Scooter’s in Omaha, hands down!!

Absolutely amazing service! I ordered a strawberry mango vertigo and out of all of the scooters I have been to in Omaha this one has made my drink PERFECTLY! They were incredibly kind and we got our drinks very quickly!
