My husband just walked in the guy was real rude and told him he would have to wait and never took his order and so my husband walked out. Yall need to hire someone decent and likes his job. I would give you a negative if it was possible. He waited for a long time and the guy was more worried about the orders coming in online.

This Subway in Sulphur has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No one greets you when you walk in, the employees are rude, and if you ask a simple question you get nothing but a scoff in return. The staff here clearly do not care about their customers. Horrible experience all around.

I went to pick up my online order around 8:30 tonight. There was a single male employee that acted like i was invisible while i spoke to him directly. My sandwhiches were incorrectly made. Do not go here ive never had such a bad experience.

Their sandwiches are excellent, especially on a hot day. The yung lady who was working that night was very nice and professional. Even though she was the only one working that night, she was able to take care of everyone, and there were a lot of customers. I was amazed at her abilities. It seemed like the entire town came to eat.

The food is expensive, and just ok to me. I know some people swear by this place, I personally don’t get the hype. The customer service is extremely hit or miss at this location. Sometimes you go in, and they’re extremely friendly, sometimes you go in and you get really slow service and no customer service at all.
At one point I entered a whole 2 hours before they were supposed to close, and the lady working started complaining to the customer ordering her food. She was complaining about how long the line had got and said “I don’t even care if I run out of food and can’t serve these people” and started laughing. So I quit caring too, and went somewhere else.

Every time I do a mobile order they say the do not have it even though it shows on the app and they have charged me now stuck waiting on a refund and no food once again I will never be back to this subway
