A nice lady helped me at check-in to order for the first time. Very welcoming, she was doing her job well and managed multiple things. Good sense of humor and empathetic. I hope she gets a raise. Her name was Christie (or something of the same sound?) 9/10 for the lack of tables but I understand it was a cornerstore. The food was tasty and about as you’d expect. No disappointment there.

Gone are the days of good Pizza Hut pizza. Waited more than 25 min past expected time. When I call to see the delay they said it was just coming out of oven. We live 10 blocks. Got it home and it was cold.

favorite place in town fr<3 they always REALLY come through on my extra toppings and today when i dropped my pizza, i ordered one to replace it and when i went to pick it up one of the girls asked for my order number, i believe to remake it :') very very sweet gesture. overall the team just seems great here and at least so far, i haven't gotten a pizza or side that isn't exactly as i expect it to be, fresh and all. i genuinely would give a higher rating if i could. burlingame pizza hut 4L

Ticket number 0163 on 9/29 from the Burlingame Pizza Hut location. We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza for delivery at 9 pm. I wanted the pizza delivered since I was on my way home from work in KC and didn’t want to spend extra time in my car. We live approx 3 minutes from the restaurant. I called around 840 pm to add marinara sauces to my order and when I asked the person that answered she confirmed that I would be charged for the marinaras using the card used for the order (have had this done in store before without incident) I received a message saying that our pizza was out for delivery at 8:52 pm. We received our pizza at approximately 9:23 pm. At 9:13 pm, when I had not heard from or seen the driver, I called the store and they tried to check on the status of my driver, but the person on the phone was unable to provide me any valuable updates and seemed confused. When the delivery guy got to my house approx 23 min past the delivery time, he told me that I still owed for the marinaras. When we ate the pizza it was cold and soggy from sitting inside of the delivery bag for close to half an hour. I would say this is a frustrating and disappointing experience. The driver took more deliveries than he could handle, delivered well past the delivery time and provided a sub par product. The workers in the store were polite, but seemed confused and Pizza Hut does not appear to have the systems in place to monitor their deliveries nor do they seem concerned with delivering a quality product. I have picked up from this location on two other dates, but on both of those orders my order was incorrect. I suppose that we keep coming back because we know that pizza hut can do better, but we will likely not be ordering from this location again. This is especially frustrating because it is the closest location to our house and this means that we will be forced to carry out our pizzas in the future.
