The food was good, the service was really good. We didn’t have cash to tip the waitress, so we went next door to DG to get some, and when we came back in and sat it on the counter, the lady gave us a hug. We unfortunately won’t get able to come back on our travels because they’ll be closed, but they definitely deserve more business than they currently receive.

We love the Friday night fish dinners. Great desserts too! It’s just a really good place for breakfast, lunch or dinner period. I like that they offer takeout orders. Friendly staff and they are busy.

They served 2 large cod fish with hush puppies, baked potato, slaw, and white beans for only $11.95 a plate. Very good dinner. However, i would prefer the servers to wash their hands after bussing tables and handling dirty dishes and leftover food from those plates. Wiping your hands on your apron doesn’t work as well as soap and water. Next time i will order my food to go and skip the cross contamination.

It’s so nice to have a local mom-and-pop restaurant in town.
They have an awesome breakfast and good southern lunch/dinner options. If you like deserts, you’ll have to try their coconut pie — it’s special! 🙂

The best fried Catfish we ever had. The Chicken and dumplings with cornbread is excellent.

Stopped here on a whim and boy am I glad! Great little diner with awesome food and friendly staff. If we’re ever out that way again we will be back!
