I can’t say enough good things about cut and pour. I have been here 4 or 5 times and never once was I disappointed. I am hooked on their beef tip signature entree. The filet and the Ribeye are also delicious. All steaks I have tried here have been cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the fried green tomato appetizer as well as the sourdough bread appetizer. The chopped wedge salad and the fried oyster salad were both excellent as well. If I want to go out for steak this is my 1st choice. (Photos are from multiple dining experiences)

I had dinner with old friends at this great spot on Saturday night. Everything was perfect. From the live music, to the service, to the ambiance of the outdoor seating, to the interesting anecdotes about the wine we had, it was a great experience from start to finish… and that doesn’t even include the delicious food and drink!

Went in with no expectations and left fat and happy. Young waiter Jack made the evening really great with good service and a lovely sense of humor. The fried oysters were ordered by my friend and they were great, but don’t miss out on the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese and chow chow. My friends had steaks, but monkfish was the fish of the day and being a fan I jumped on it. It was perfectly poached which is a bonus to find monkfish and have it cooked well. My friend got the chocolate brownie with ice cream, but I had to defend my peach cobbler from being eaten by the rest of the table. I love a Kir Royale which is an uncommon drink and amazingly it was also perfect. Owner stopped by the table which is a plus. Will be back!

Tried out their first Sunday brunch today. Food and service were excellent, as usual. I had the steak benedict: eggs were perfectly poached, steak had great flavor. My wife had the waygu burger and she loved it. Good variety on the menu: chicken and waffles, fried porkchop, omelettes, etc. We’ve been for dinner before, which was also fantastic. Highly recommend, we’ll be back.

I have been to Cut & Pour twice already and I can’t wait to go back!

First of all, we need to give all restaurants grace during these challenging times. As a business owner, I understand the challenges of navigating through these times.

The customer service has been above and beyond on both visits. This is a new restaurant, so I understand that there will be challenges along the way; however, the owners and management team seem to be doing a wonderful job listening to customers and making any adjustments that may need to be or can be made.

With each visit, everything from the ambiance, the cocktails, the service, and the food gets better.

I absolutely LOVE the wedge salad! It is by far the best wedge salad in Wilmington. On my last visit, I also got the filet and it was seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Can’t wait to visit again soon! Thanks, Cut & Pour!

I just had dinner at this restaurant. I travel a lot all over the US and eat at some of the best steak houses you can find. I always get an old fashioned from the bar and a steak. I am pretty sure I just had the best steak I have eaten in my whole life and the best old fashioned I have ever had. I got the Prime Bone In Filet medium rare and the Mac and cheese. Also had the fried green tomatoes. I cut each bite of that huge steak with only my fork. I will be coming here and bringing all my clients.

Truly the best filet I’ve had in YEARS. Get the Au Poivre sauce on your steak. Also the creamed corn in unmatched. An explosion of flavor in your mouth! Simply amazing!

My friend and I had a nice cocktail hour at Cut and Pour to celebrate her birthday. The vibe is more like a bistro than a typical brawny American steakhouse. They make a good classic martini and the wine list was well-priced and diverse. I think it’s disappointing when the only by-the-glass options are all from California—this selection is much better. Would love to come back for a full dinner, but I can say the pork belly appetizer was a nice bar treat in addition to the happy hour kitchen options from 4-6. Took off one star for slow service, but it looked like the bartenders were taking care of a lot of tables as well.
