On 8/29/25 I entered SaladWorks in Marlton, NJ and headed straight for the Ladies’ Room and to my surprise it was very clean and smelled nice, too!! The paper towel holder was fully-loaded and the soap dispenser was full, as well!!
The lobby, tables, floors, counter tops, and especially the glass counter showcasing all of food, veggies, and sauces were neat and clean and I was very impressed that there were no condiment spillage from one container to another ( i.e. pickles mixed in with the onions or tomatoes and vice versa!!)
I was greeted with a smile from “Jen” who took my order for a small chicken noodle soup!! We engaged is small talk while “Justin” the Manager prepared my order from a side area where all the soups were kept near the kitchen!!
Justin was very polite in explaining the contents of my soup order, checked me out with eye contact, and a smile. My chicken noodle soup was hot and delish just like I imagined it to be!!
As I told Justin and Jen it has been awhile since I frequented a SaladsWork establishment, but I do believe I will return to this one to actually try the salad selections!!

The lettuce tasted weird, not enough dressing and the workers weren’t all that friendly lol. Save yourself some time and go a mile and a half to the one near wholefoods (my usual location), this one doesn’t compare.

Saladworks never disappoints, and the new Pickle Ranch Salad is my latest obsession! The flavors are bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced—but the real star is the pickle pico. It’s so tangy and delicious, I seriously wanted to take home an entire container of it!
The salad was super satisfying, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The staff was friendly and quick, and they made sure my order was exactly right. If you haven’t tried the Pickle Ranch Salad yet, do yourself a favor and go get one—you won’t regret it!

I have been coming to this specific salad works for over a decade. They use to actually fill the salad bowl, but now they don’t fill the to go bowl or the bowl in store up as much as they use to and my hungry stomach can tell! Not worth the cost anymore if I’m not going to get similar portions I use to.

If I could pick no stars I would. This has to be the worse Saladworks I’ve ever been to. The worker lady has an awful attitude which resulted in giving less toppings. When you go to Saladworks you want the works not just all lettuce. The person behind us who they knew his order by heart literally got half a cup of 1 single topping. I ordered 4 salads and got a pinch of toppings. The salad tub literally was all wilted and not fresh. Very unhappy with the expense vs what I got.

Salads were good, good customer service. There was what looked like mold that came out of the lemonade soda fountain, definitely very dreary atmosphere, and since when do butters get kept behind the counter.

Placed an online order. Went to get it and it was still sitting on the printer. They rushed to make the the 2 salads I ordered and left out a few items. It was totally empty and nowhere near closing time. I also saw at least 4 people working so I’m not sure what was going on that they couldn’t make 2 salads in 20 minutes. Or check the printer. It’s no wonder they are closing locations.

There were two workers there (guy who put our salads together and a girl who rang up our order) and they were really nice. Offered to throw away/clean our trays for us when we were done. The place was very clean. We didn’t realized the place closed at 4 today, but they were nice and didn’t rush us or even told us they were closing. Really good kids.

The 2 young men and lady that worked last Saturday 5/24 around 1pm were excellent. Friendly and welcoming and took pride in being so. Very nice to see.
