Will never visit this location again… Tenders were dry and hard, with no parmesan. My “large” fry wasn’t even a regular. I only got two of the four ranches I paid for. The sprite was super flat… and had to throw away half the tenders. I will be calling in the morning for a refund because this is ridiculous.

I was a bit hesitant to try this place with how the previous reviews were. But my first trip went a lot better than I thought.
Placed an online order and arrived at the latest time for which the food was supposed to be done. There were 3 people working at the time. 1 worker was on the phone and 2 other workers in the kitchen. Even though they acknowledged that I was there, it still took 5 mins for someone to come to the front.
Other than that, the food was really good for what Wingstop normally serves. The wings were not overcooked and were actually moist. And the fries were not overly sweet(which most locations have) and had a good amount of cheese and seasoning.
I will be back and hopefully the food stays consistent in the future.

Ordered from Uber eats and took then over a hour to find a driver. Holiday its expected but I called the store and the dude i spoke with was cool with keeping the food warm and every time I order from them I am always satisfied. Best location in newport news hands down

Last night I placed a mobile order, I had a little bit of issues because I’ve never done it before. I went inside and talked to the cashier Kaitlyn her and her manager Quita helped me solve the issue. The food was perfect the fries were fresh they put just the right amount of sauce and seasoning they even gave me a courtesy ranch because of the wait time and extra issues I 100% recommend this location the service is always amazing

First visit to this location. Will never return! Walked in to pick up my take-out I ordered online. Loud music, Team Members arguing, one black male in the back preparing orders was using profanity toward the other Team Member/Lead, customers waiting in the lobby; had bn waiting for sometime. Team Lead/Counter person stepped out back to get away from his yelling @ her. He then got louder venting & asking why was she out back when orders were already behind & how he was there & came in on his day off. He wouldnt stop yelling & venting while cooking & made a loud comment about how he didnt care that customers heard him out there! She kept apologizing to all of us who were waiting about everything & the delay. He never did. Even when she didnt say anything else to him, he kept on cursing & saying stuff loudly.

50 bucks to be missing flavor, a wing, and any hint of crisp on fries. Maybe it was just bad because it’s their first day, but the fries are inedibly soggy. I ordered the five piece tender which was tasty but my husband ordered the 15 wing combo. Was supposed to have two different flavors, but instead it’s half plain and half something? All we can taste is salt. We only got 14 instead of 15 too. I won’t be back.

This location is the worst place ever m. The food was either overcooked or undercooked. The last straw was the sentcme old cold fries and undercooked chicken. When I call they stated they were about to close and call and speak with the manager. I called several days the manager was always in meetings ir gone for the day. That’s what I get for ordering food in that end of NN instead of going to my usual locations. Reporting them didn’t help but I’m not done. The staff was nice but that manager have to do better. Own up to your people laziness

hit or miss on the fries, either get them nice and hot or they’re limp and semi warm and the cold as heck. my wings though, i can’t complain i haven’t had an issue with that. and everytime i order for pickup it’s normally already ready before i get there
