This place is amazing and much better than Chipotle. It’s my favorite fast food place as well as Raising Canes. This is also much better than Taco Bell too. I’m addicted to Bibibop.

I did a mobile order, was hot and ready on time! Ended up eating in. Presentation,Taste and portion for the price was very reasonable. As an allergy ridden woman , i love coming to this location. Chris and his staff are always kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend having your lunch here.

I ordered online at 5:20 pm and was supposed to be ready at 6:00 pm. At 6:10 PM my order was ready. The portion was terrible for the amount of money. Barely any chicken and very little toppings mostly all noodles. I understand it was dinner time and very busy, however you should not be understaffed if you went ahead with opening.

I love bibibop and probably ate here over at least 50 times.
I just want to give some honest feedback. Giving a full scoop of meat or a little extra over will attract more people in my opinion. Most of the time I visited, I got under the scoop and it made me visit here less frequently. Especially when I am the only customer during the busy hour, I would love little love like I love bibibop.

I usually go to the one in canton which is a staple for my husband and I. The one in kent is much closer to our house. But we dont come here very often as its not a very good location. The location is usually clean and orderly. But the staff can be very blah and like they hate their jobs. But the worst part that keeps us from this location is the portion size. It is so small compared to the canton location, they are extremely stingy here on their portions. Their portions are very inconsistent. Personally I dont understand the checkout girl wearing gloves either when she touches her hair and fixes her ponytail then proceeds to touch everything with her gloved hands anyways.

I have been visiting this restaurant quite regularly probably around 5–6 times so far. because I really like the food. However, I felt I should share some honest feedback about the customer service I experienced during my recent visit today morning around 10:52 AM.
The staff member at the billing counter spoke to me very rudely, did not greet me properly, and didn’t even smile. His tone was harsh and unfriendly, which made me feel really uncomfortable. Especially in the morning, when customers come in to get food, a polite greeting and a smile really matter.
I genuinely hope the management will look into this because good food should always come with good service and a welcoming atmosphere. I do want to keep visiting, but I also want to feel comfortable when I come in.

Very healthy options. Place gets busy. The college students that are working there were very helpful in explaining how to order and about the toppings customer selects for their bowls. We will be going back as it’s close to home.

Meh. This was my first time eating here (other than an event catered by my workplace) and it was fine. The meats were a little dry… I’m not sure what the hype is all about. Employees were friendly. Glad Kent has this to add some culinary diversity but I probably won’t be back.

10/10 would not recommend ordering from this location. I like Bibibop and have been to multiple other locations with no issues. We have eaten here twice since it opened and will not be returning. Both times the portions were about half of what I have gotten at other locations. The first time we went the staff members were alright, not super friendly/helpful but not rude either. Today the staff was incredibly rude. The guy adding the toppings in was the worst. He didnt talk to or acknowledge us, just grabbed our bowl in a line of people and acted like it was bothering him to add what we wanted. On top of the terrible customer service they were also out of a lot of toppings. Broccoli, onions, and eggs at a minimum. He wouldn’t go in the back to get more either, just basically refused to serve us and moved to the next person. Definitely would not recommend eating here. And again I can’t strees how small the portions were. The bowl wasn’t even half full. I would add a picture to show you but I couldn’t figure out how.
Update – I reached out to the guest service team like the owner replied to my comment asking me to do. Its been 7 weeks and never heard back from them
