I like to observe the people around me and feel that good kind people deserve some credit every now and then! This review is because of the GM Brian of this store. I’ve been in this store many times and he’s always been so friendly to the customers in the store and such a hard worker! If you drive by early in the morning like clockwork he’s making sure the parking lot is clean. I’ve seen him have a brief conversation with an older woman who had the biggest smile on her face, you could tell she must be a regular!
I’ve seen him interacting with his staff and it seems like a really great work environment.
The examples could go on. Overall his interactions with the customers and his hard work in this store deserve an applause.

The Coffee is really good, the $5 breakfast is well worth it. The staff are friendly and nice. We always stop here when we are in the area.

This 1 star rating is for the two ladies at the drink bar and mobile order bagging desk, they purposely delay your order by pretending very busy with something else , leaving the prepared food on the desk and not bagging them. Everyone else at this location is very nice though.

98% of the food / snacks / drinks are unhealthy and full of unhealthy ingredients. Considering how many people go here daily, it would be nice to have more organic / healthier options. Especially for the outrageous pricing. Their fuel is always marked the highest in every town.

We came here for breakfast while traveling for work.
We got a chicken hoagie with egg and Chipotle sauce that was way too dry. I don’t think they put any sauce on it. We also got a spicy turkey quesadilla and a sausage and egg burrito. Both of those were good.
We topped it all off with a blueberry and pomegranate milkshake. It was pretty good.
No seating here, so take your food to go.

Have been coming to this local Wawa for years now, and it has Always; been dependable. The woman Esperanza quite frankly makes the best iced coffee(s) I’ve ever had. The most recent 1,2,&3$ promo was the best thing I think you’ve done in a while guys.

I used to frequent this location a lot, but the past year it’s gone downhill. They never include the sauce you choose, so you’re left with a dry $7 sandwich that’s barely edible. Most times I’ve ordered they don’t have the items you would want on a sandwich anyway.
The people behind the counter are not friendly and seem extremely judgmental.
Only saving grace is the red haired woman who works at the cash register, very kind and has a very warm demeanor. Maybe give her a raise to train the others.

I walked in to purchase a few items to drink and eat and approached the cashier (young lady) running the register at the time. I said a friendly Hello and How are you doing with absolutely no response back. This particular cashier would not give me any eye contact nor did she say “Thank You” once my transaction was over. In fact I had to ask her for my receipt. I’ve been to this WAWA location many times in fact I stop there 3 times a week and have never had this problem before. This was one of the most unprofessional , rude and unfriendly WAWA employees I have ever had to deal with. Customer Service and respect for others is definitely not in her handbook.

Would it kill them to keep a pot of Dark Roast on after 2:00pm? 7 days a week we go to Paoli Wawa after dinner and ask the manager for Dark Roast coffee. They will make it if you’re willing to wait for the pot to brew – hardly convenient. They keep reciting the same old line about corporate not allowing them to run Dark Roast after 2:00PM. I hear customers asking all the time in the evening. Cops, nurses, firefighter, road construction crew, security guards, all people who would want a dark cup of coffee. Look at you reviews here. Get with it Wawa!
