Quiet little hole in the wall type atmosphere. Easy to talk to whoever you go with. Very kind waitress. We ordered a double order of garlic naan as an appetizer. Bf got chicken tikka masala and I got the tandoori chicken kabab. I dipped my naan in bf’s masala to taste it and I loved it. I was sort of scared to branch out, but I actually enjoyed the masala more than the kabab. The chicken from the kabab tasted nice but was very dry. We split an order of the gulab jamin for dessert. The pricing seemed a little steep for the portion sizes. Very different flavors from what I’m used to, but I’d call it an okay experience trying something new.

We ordered two mutton biryanis and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences ever. Although the food was warm on the outside, the inside was bland and cold. The curry paste was not mixed properly, and the chili paste tasted raw in a very noticeable way. It was obvious that the food had been cooked earlier and reheated.
We couldn’t eat it and had to leave the food on the table, even though we still paid for it. Interestingly, the customers at the table in front of us also left their chicken biryani unfinished. Despite this, no one from the restaurant asked what was wrong, which made it seem like they are quite used to such complaints.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Desi’s Corner is definitely a hidden gem in Stillwater. It was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time and the servers were so kind. This is probably one of my favorite restaurants I’ve been to ever. The flavors and spices were vibrant and it was an amazing experience overall.

Delicious, fresh paneer tikka masala and chai is a go to comfort food in any weather. The service was not long, and so patient as we read through the new menu.

Me and my mom got the chicken tikki masala and garlic naan bread, and butter naan bread, and it was WONDERFUL. I absolutely recommend. The servers are also sweet.

We had the paneer curry, tandoor chicken, fried rice and some naan. It was all very delicious. The curry was tangy and sweet. The tandoori sauce had penetrated well into the chicken. The rice was fluffy with nice vegetables you don’t usually expect in fried rice. The naan was flavorful and light. Just a lovely meal.
I do think sodas need to be fountain, instead of can. I got a chance to have chai tea. I liked it.
Service was good, several staff checked on if we were enjoying it. Did have to request our ticket tho.
Dining room felt strangely too large (like a cafeteria) , no separated space for private conversation. Not huge, but noticeable.
Overall def worth your time.

First time ordering – new favorite spot!! We were so impressed with the quality of food and the kindness of the staff. We are so excited to eat the leftovers today – every single thing we ordered was fantastic. Don’t skip the Onion Pakoda under “snacks” – it’s a great crunchy addition to the Chicken Tikka Masala. Also loved the Garlic Naan – Can’t wait to try more dishes!

Absolutely loved the food! Went the day of the soft opening and was so very pleased. I ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala (spicy) accompanied by a beautiful bowl of rice and an order of Butter Naan. Delicious! Superb treatment by the owner and team. Can’t wait to go back!
