The food here was so delicious
The pot pie was probably the best chicken pot pie I ever had omg it was seasoned very good. My mom had the Reuben sandwich and that is always good. I like the atmosphere here better then rivers casino.

Rude and completely need retraining on customer service. Waited 30 minutes for one sandwich while my other party of 2 ordered right before had been served and completed their meal. Ended up not even eating, leaving the hotel starving; no manager or anyone cared at all. After the money I’ve spent here, regardless, no one should have been treated like that and I will MOST DEFINITELY be considering my many trips I take to Saratoga Casino.

The casino is nice, but the food at lucky joes is terrible, when their even open. The Reuben sandwich was the worst , the fries were hard and cold. Tables were dirty. And the one time yhey closed 25 mins early, sent us to the other end of casino for a pizza in a box. . we have been there a few times not just complaining about one time.

Very bad experience. You can’t even get to the restaurant if you’re under 18 because the only access is through the casino. So if you’re staying at the hotel with children, don’t get your hopes up of getting them the only kid-friendly and affordable fare. The hotel should not advertise this restaurant as part of their hotel!

This place is the only affordable option in the casino. We play it safe and order the cheeseburgers that were very good. At least the burger was big enough to tie me over for the rest of the night. The friendly staff is why we gave Lucky Joe’s a four star rating. The only complaint would be that the mac and cheese was nasty, made in old oil.

The food is fine. You order cafeteria style. I had the burger and fries. The burger was a good size, the bun was huge. The fries were typical frozen fries, but tasted fine. Many of the tables were dirty and not cleaned off.
