I got a sandwich for lunch one day since I work in the same shopping center and the service was fast and the sandwich hit the spot! I got a 6inch chicken breast toasted on Italian herbs and cheese bread with American cheese, black olives and mayo! It needed to be toasted a little longer but other than that it was delicious!!

They don’t never greet when entering.. tonight was my first bad experience with one guy he was rushing us too pay but wouldn’t let me enter my phone for points and $2 off on one of my subs I kept asking and pressing cancel on the card reader can I entering my phone number he said ok but instead cash us out didn’t want to give me receipt.. if your going too be a cashier at least know how too go back an let the customer enter their number for points now I have wait 2 days for approval

Been there twice in the last month and both times employees were on their phones. First time I had to keep telling the guy he forgot my cookies and told me he didn’t. The second time I had to remind the guy that I got a Happy Gilmore cup. Very rude and took a minute before he would tell me my total because of his phone conversation.

Pulled up at 9:40 and dude didn’t even open the door just threw up an X with his hands saying they were closed. Apparently 10:00 PM closing doesn’t mean anything. 8-18-25 was when I stopped. Guess they just make the rules and hours as they go. Hope management sees this.

The issue with this particular Subway lies solely with incompetent ownership and management.
This place has the worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever been to. 9 times out of 10, the employees are having phone conversations while tsaking your oreder, preparing your food, and taking payment. They will not, under any circumstance, hang up so they can work or even pause their conversations for any amount of time than is absolutely necessary to aks you for your order, ask you to repeat your order, take payment, make correct change, or anything else that might allow them to do their jobs. One time, the guy was on his phone as usual, and had the audacity to apologize to the woman with whom he was having a speakerphone conversation with bacause he had to cut her off to ask me a question abouit how I wanted my food.

This place is HORRIBLE AND THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! They are VERY RUDE ALL STAFF !!’ Spend your money elsewhere. I hate they make you leave one star because they need to be closed down. I left due to rudeness!!!!

Employees are nice enough, listen well and sandwich is decently fresh as expected.
Just slightly above average due to service.
Best Subway that deserves a solid 4 star is in Water Valley. Very very clean except tea. Food very fresh yet employees are a bit stand-offish even when using best Southern manners that works on everyone else.

Prices are way too high these days. They open late, close early, and if you come in at the beginning of the last hour they get very rude.

RUDE DO NOT RECOMMEND IF 0/5 STARS
I hardly ever order out. Did a mobile order from the Subway website. Got there picked up my food. One of the guys making the sandwiches yelled at in front of a big line of people. “DO NOT ORDER LIKE THAT AGAIN.” I wash shocked and appalled by that. Supposedly they didn’t have that bread and if I wanted it go to another store. The situation could have been handled way better. I reached out to corporate and they just said we will talk to the team and fix it.
As I see now the situation has been getting worse for over a year a now. Talking won’t help.
I was belittled and scolded as if I was a child in front of atleast 10 strangers. You do not talk to a paying customer like that. I will not be going back to that specific location again.
