First time trying this place, I choose the curbside pickup option. Got there 10 minutes before the time Right away noticed there is no sign that says curbside pickup here & there is no information on the website nor in the email sent with my order info. After waiting 10 minutes, I finally went in just for my order to be sitting on the counter ready. Why have a curbside pickup option if it doesn’t exist? Really frustrating just sitting there outside the restaurant where this person sees me through the glass & my order says curbside on it. Also don’t have salads in your menu on the website if you don’t offer salads when ordering online.

EDIT: the owner called me & went above & beyond to ensure I receive a good experience when eating the meal preps. I had the baked ziti tonight & it tasted just like homemade meal which is exactly what you are looking for when buying meal preps. It was delicious and I was left craving more.

Hands down the best food I’ve ever had. Everything was incredibly fresh, healthy, and so delicious! You can truly taste the quality in every bite. I love that it’s macro friendly, which is such a huge bonus and not easy to find. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. This place sets the bar high, and I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to everyone.

I love ordering meal prep from Pack Your Maxx. The food bursts with flavor, and the prices are affordable. I’ve been on a body recomposition journey. I noticed in the weeks that I didn’t do my meal prep that I would eat out a lot and negate my work in the gym. Pack Your Maxx has been instrumental in helping me stay on track and regain the fitness level I had during my time on active duty. Their convenient and nutritious meals are a staple in my routine. I’m obsessed with the coco pebble cupcakes, and the enchiladas are on point. My favorite go-to is the pack-a-bowl.

Ive been twice. Both times they were very friendly. The food is tasty and well organized. Its a convenient service, but i wish there was a location closer to where I live. It is pricey, but in line with what food prices now, which are expensive everywhere.

I got the chipotle chicken and the Baja bowl from here.. the chipotle chicken tasted very odd, and had a strong bad smell to it. The Baja bowl was FLAVORLESS, i had to season it myself and the chicken had pieces of fat on it and was extremely dry. If you’re fine with having to Josh up the meals yourself to make it tolerable, this place is for you. Giving two stars instead of one due to the macro content. But the price…? $30 for two flavorless meals that left my stomach hurting afterwards.
(Side note.. why is there a tipping option while paying? You choose your own meals, grab them yourself, take them to the counter yourself, leave with them, heat them up yourself… what exactly would I be tipping for? The cashiers presence? Lmao)

This service is convenient. I like how close it is to Chuze! I stopped by 2/1 and got the poblano chicken and ziti. I enjoyed both and went back 2/3 for more! 20 more at that. I like that they do deals when you buy more. Although, two of the meals (Baja bowl and shrimp stir fry) I got had dates for 2/3 and 2/4 which being new to this service, I didn’t realize and they went bad before I could enjoy them. All the meals I did get to try were good though. I believe they said they restock daily so I wish I could have tried the burger and green chili chicken enchiladas. They weren’t available when I went so i loaded up on ziti and realized how quickly I can get tired of the same thing lol. I’m not sure how long they store the meals before purchase but I wasn’t so excited towards the end. I don’t think I’d purchase in bulk again. It’s a bit questionable after 5 days.. i didn’t get through about 4 of them. The 3 stars is for the cost and meals I didn’t get to enjoy. The cost is worth it though when purchased in bulk. Just make sure it makes sense for you and you look at the dates. Worth a try! (:

I used to come here every day, considering I travel a lot and I don’t want to resort to fast food. This is my go to but as of late the staff has gone downhill. The service has gone downhill, and so has the food. I used to be able to walk in and ask. Hey, what’s fresh? And they would have a list of what literally came in that day so I wasn’t double stacking and just letting food expire, considering I had so many in my fridge. Easy and simple. Now, when I go in there is so little energy, hardly any response and always “I don’t know, just look in the back”. I walk in and people just seem defeated to be there and I’ve never been one to say that someone’s attitude can affect you. But for the first time ever, I can say yep.

At 1 point I even asked if I could purchase meals ahead of time daily, just come in when I needed so they can deduct from my count and if they kept some type of count but I was always met with email the email on their card.

You’d figure they’d be excited to do so and reach out to management the owner or something. But it’s been weeks, and I don’t have an answer, and quite honestly I don’t have the time to be emailing somebody for their company to make them money. Asn A consumer I should just be able to show up ask a question and get a response about it even if it’s later, when I come back.

I mean I know it’s not a restaurant, but at the same time too. There should be some type of professional decorum in customer service, especially considering that they ask for Tips, the least you could do is put on a smile and be knowledgeable about what just came in, even if it’s just the beginning of your shift.

I’ve been waiting to try Pack Your Maxx for a while now. I was unsure how it worked and was a little intimated on going in. I forgot my lunch today and wanted to get something healthy. I saw there was a way to order online and pick up. One of my coworkers encouraged me to try it. He’s ordered from the Coors location. If you’re like me and are worried about going in don’t be! This place is amazing, the young lady working the front was SO KIND! The food was delicious! I was full and didn’t feel bloated!!
