This is a small cute store on Asbury park broad walk near the convention hall, with some sitting area right in front of the store. They only sold mini pancakes in 4 different sizes, with 6 different flavors of batter. There were about 14 different toppings to choose from. All the pancakes were made right in front of the customers. As they cooked, those get sold right away. They also have few coffee and juices in the menu as well.
The associates at the store were very friendly. They were explaining a lot of the guests how it worked. I ordered the short stack (5 pieces) with strawberry and cream signature flavor. Took them about 10 minutes to cook the pancakes and pack them in a paper plate. The pancakes were so soft and fluffy. They had really good taste. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the service here.

It’s a place that sells only pancakes as a snack. They are about the size of a silver dollar. They come in orders of 5 or 10 and I have a few different toppings to choose from. Have somebody hasn’t thought of this before is amazing because they’ve put together a great little snack spot. I recommend just getting five if it’s one person they’re light enough but just enough to keep you satisfied. They are right on the board walk in Asbury. I seriously recommend them!

This is os good and addictive! The best guilty pleasure anyone could possibly have. We got 2 orders and then went back for 2 more. We tried 4 different flavors and one was better than the next! Staff was very nice. Atmosphere could be better and needs ro be spotless.

I came here today with my bestie and this place is definitely worth the visit. The pancakes were so yummy. I got a full stack which comes with 7 mini pancakes and honestly it was more than enough. I got the strawberries and cream which also came with white chocolate chips, soooo delish. I wish I lived closer to Asbury so I could come here all the time just for these. Isn’t pricey at all and just very good. 10/10! What a great addition to the boardwalk.

I had seen a video about these on Instagram a while back and was so happy I remembered to go there when we visited Asbury today. These pancakes did not disappoint! What a cute idea and they were so good! I definitely will be back to try other kinds although I loved the cookie butter ones, so I might need them again. Strawberries and cream were yummy too! The iced coffee was good too! Service was great!

Drove an hour just to try this place and walk the boardwalk for the 4th of July. Well worth the drive.
Though the line can get long, service was great and fast considering the holiday. Since it was our first time, we asked what we should try and was told the Salted Cookie Butter was a favorite—and they were right! Out of the 3 we tried (strawberries and cream, and spiced banana being the other two) that was our favorite. The other two were good, but “typical” taste/flavor (almost like a normal breakfast—pancakes and fruit).

I saw this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. If you’re in the area and craving something sweet, it’s a nice stop, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to drive here. It’s a small shop on the boardwalk with minimal seating. The pancakes are cute, small, and flavorful. We ordered the Nutella with banana and strawberries, as well as the spiced banana flavor, both were good and nicely presented. The cold brew is solid, really good!

We drove quite a distance to get there, about 75 minutes each way. A friend of mine from Georgia told me to try it, so I braved the drive.
Pancakes are 2” in diameter and maybe 3/4” in maximum thickness. The pancakes are more filling than I thought they’d be. The big box may serve up to three adults. Smaller servings, figure something like 8-10 depending on th the size of the adult will make a proper meal.
The pancakes are made fresh for each order so I y takes a whole. They come with powdered sugar and whipped cream plus other sauces that you choose. Cinnamon butter is really good. Biscoff butter is good. Peanut butter is exactly what you’d expect. Strawberries means fresh slices. Flambéed Rum is light and sweet and syrupy. I had real maple syrup at home, but didn’t ask about theirs. It’s good either way real maple syrup. I generally don’t like “pancake syrup,” like Log Cabin, for example, quite as much as a class.
Please forgive the appearance of the box, it looked nicer when they made it than it did after a 75 minute drive home, BUT it survived the drive intact, if the whipped cream understandably faded a bit.
But eat it right there on the boardwalk! Don’t do what I did! It’s in a great location. View shown. The servers were polite, helpful, and had a great presence for 8am on a Saturday.
