Specificly ordered a goblet with salad stuff on it as I like eating it all with a fork.
Goblet was made, but not a single green topping. Tomatoes/green peppers/hot peppers/onions.
I eat at this Wawa ocationaly, I’m also the type of customer that at one point had over 50,000 points on the app before they made them expire sooner (had to use them up a bit)
This Wawa is the one that has already messed up orders for me before within the last 2 years. I remember it way cleaner and nicer 3-4 years ago.

This WaWa is my happy place. They always have the best music and the best food; highly recommend an iced vanilla latte with two sugars! I also met Frank the customer service agent there today, who was perhaps the friendliest and nicest guy! Love you WaWa!

I use the kiosk. They got my whole order wrong and then the club sandwich that I got it was so small. I’ve had better. I didn’t like the sandwich at all for it to be a club sandwich. The bacon was small. It was it wasn’t good at all. My sandwich is horrible. Where’s the lettuce at? See how small the bacon is horrible I asked for chicken sandwich crispy chicken sandwich, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles on it that’s not what they gave me. They gave me chicken strips, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles mayonnaise in a bowl not only did they mess up the sandwich. They act like they could not read right either.

The woman at the register, I see there every Sunday and she is always super nice, friendly, and personable. I also love that she occasionally suggests a delicious hot beverage and usually welcomes us back.

I ordered at 630am on the app just a breakfast sandwich and at 710 am they tell me 10 more minutes they need until it’s ready. This is a common occurrence at this location. No matter how early you order they’ll never have it ready on time

Not an easy parking lot to maneuver especially during busy hours. Can’t make a left out of it during certain hours (but even during hours that you can, it is difficult) I’ve been there when the lot is full and had to leave. Spots can be pretty tight.
Went in today to get a cup of coffee. They were out of all regular. It was around 2 pm, but probably still should have regular roast coffee. (they had hazelnut, other flavors, and extra strong blends. Ordered a small hoagie. It tasted fresh and although they added mayo when i didn’t, it was fine.

Do NOT order from this Wawa using their app or delivery services. Not only will they screw up your order every single time forcing you to use their awful help desk or use the delivery service help desk for a refund, but they will substitute items they don’t have instead of refunding your money, which is illegal. They figure if they give you something, even if you DIDN’T ORDER IT, you should accept their slop service. Absolutely disgraceful…

Apparently, it also takes 25 minutes to make an egg and cheese wrap because the employees behind the counter would rather converse with each other than make food to order. The store also had about 5 people there, so this food shouldn’t have taken longer than 7-8 minutes to make, tops. Again, absolutely disgraceful. This store isn’t any better in person…

One of the worst Wawas in the area, and there’s a MUCH better option at CSR/Rock Hill Road 5 minutes away. The parking lot is always a nightmare: poorly designed and confusing to navigate. Always crowded, which doesn’t seem to ever affect the staff. They continue working at their slow-ish pace regardless. A location at a fairly busy intersection and major through road (Montgomery Avenue) like this is in desperate need of a major expansion and redesign.
