The food is usually very good here and everyone has always been nice.
I really didn’t want to write a review but the phone number listed won’t go to anywhere and says it’s not valid. A bit frustrating.
I went in and asked the guy working the counter what kind of cheese was on the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. He said cheese. I asked us, but what kind of cheese. He said regular cheese. I asked, Swiss? American? Cheddar? He said yes, cheddar. It’s Swiss, which I’m glad for but I ate half of my sandwich while driving and couldn’t figure out what was weird about my sandwich. I got home and just got to sit down to finish it and really fought with this bite and realized the cheese still has a layer of paper on it. Yup…. I have eaten half of the paper that was stuck on the cheese. I have a really nice bite mark on the paper and cheese for me to know i truly ate almost all the paper that was stuck to the cheese on my sandwich.
I would have rather just told the store manager quietly and maybe swap out sandwiches but I’m not getting back on the road when I have no clue if they are open later because it’s New Year’s Eve. And I found out the Popeyes down the street from this inner doesn’t even know this stores phone number either. They are franchised stores so they don’t know each other’s addresses or phone numbers. So weird in my mind. Btw, washing your hands is a tough gig here. The water barely comes out. I’ll still eat here but I’m definitely checking for paper and I think eating anymore if this sandwich tonight is a bust for me.

Hard to give Popeyes 1 star, because their chicken is always delicious. But service is poor. Sauces are never in the bag, my order is 90% of the time missing something. Today, I was craving BBQ boneless wings. Upon opening the bag, I see I didnt get the fries for my combo, my daughter didn’t get her sauces for her chicken tenders, and then my BBQ wings were lacking sauce. And you’d think I’d be able to just shake up the box and get sauce all over those wings. But there is barely any sauce. No straw or napkins. It wasn’t even busy, I was the only one there.

I placed my order at 10:24 pm on the Popeyes app for pick up at store on friday 23th and when I arrived at 10:40 pm the manager tried to convince me an “old man” has already picked up my order. I was confused and I showed her I placed it for pick up not for delivery, she told me I should go home because they were going to deliver my food there. She told me multiple times they couldn’t make the order again because it was going to look like she was stealing. I cannot believe this is how this manager tries to solve a problem, she was having me call corporation because there was nothing she could do since supposedly they had already made the order once and it has already been picked up to deliver it to my house. She even said they showed her the order number and my name, which it was a lie. They just didn’t want to make my order because maybe they had already cleaned everything up and they were ready to go home. After me telling her multiple times that I did not place it for delivery, she tried to close the window because they had a timer of how long they could have the window open for, okay? Not my problem.
I told her I just wanted my food she said they were going to make it again but that it was going to take 10 minutes since the “old man” who picked up my order took the last sandwich they had .
Took over 20 minutes to get 3 chicken pieces and a sandwich. It was obvious she made all this ridiculous story of somebody else picking up my order so that they didnt have to make it because they obviously had put everything away, if not why did the order took over 20 minutes? Also she never apologized and this is a problem that can be fix at the store. Why do I need to call the company to tell them someone else has picked up my order and that I need them to make the order again? This shows lack of professionalism and lack of training to the manager on how to find solutions for problems.
Im never going back to Popeyes. And i will not continue to use their app.

ALSO BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER COKE ZERO BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE IT BUT THEY STILL OFFER IT ON THE APP AND WILL GIVE YOU REGULAR COKE INSTEAD WITHOUT TELLING YOU.

the manager who works in the afternoons has a horrible attitude, I placed my order online and I didn’t find the option to order 4 spicy pieces and the rest mild, I called by phone many times before arriving to pick up my order and no one answered but when I got to the store this manager was preparing my order and then I asked her please if she could put some spicy pieces and she responded with a very rude attitude not because I already finished the order but that wasn’t true and she just left and I asked another employee to change them for me and he kindly said yes and he did. I think it is terrible that the other employees have a better attitude with the customers than the manage. I will definitely not return to that store.

By far the slowest popeyes ive ever been to. Go every once in a while and its always the same. I get being short staffed but come on. Its ridiculous how slow they are.
Waiting standing at the counter for 20 minutes today while they took drive thru orders and online orders. Nobody would even look at me or talk to me as a walk in. Just walked out and drove the 5 minutes to canes.

I asked for $5 tenders and she said the deal ended even though it ends tomorrow. Sold me 16 tenders for $35 and won’t give me sauce. I always get sauce with tenders no questions at all other locations.

Went through drive through. Food was hot and ready when I got to the window. Was missing a few items in my order once again. The guy that took my order seemed to have issues taking the order. Took longer to put my order in than to get my food. The car in front of my had to wait to get theirs

Got a chicken sandwich at 12:30 pm. The bun was cold and the chicken was barely warm. I was by in a rush so I just ate it and left. Worst Popeyes experience in a long time.

I experienced severe food poisoning after visiting this location (Sept. 24, 2023). Ordered mild chicken sandwich and wings and they were both cold and not cooked correctly. I became very ill shortly after with vomiting, nausea and diarrhea—possibly salmonella. I do not recommend anyone dining there and I won’t be visiting this Popeyes location again.

Spent 60$ on Uber eats for this crap! This ain’t Mac. The chicken was nasty and they forgot a drink. I couldn’t even reach anyone because they don’t answer. I’m never ever eating Popeyes again. I mean idc. Not anywhere. This is the worst. Like is it a bunch of 16 year old working there?
