Awesome food & customer service. Meat very tender & smokey. All food was Yummy.& for me say for me to say i like the bbq sauce is very unusual. Most places, I dont like the sauce. I always get lean meat & sauce to the side. Baked potato was huge. Plan on stopping next im in town

5 stars for this AMAZINGLY tasty bbq hot spot! My first time visiting Whiteboro and I felt like family walking in and being greeted by Jacie, who recommended the Grand Slam that did not disappoint. Upon enjoying the sunny booth view, I got to meet Makenna and the manager Haley who kept the same energy with the biggest smiles and pride in their auras. The restaurant is relatively new and exceptionally clean and neat. I am writing my review on my SECOND visit because these ladies deserve all the recognition possible. I really love going to local businesses and getting the vibe I got each time visiting Tenders. They set the bar really high for any and all competition now!! Shoutout to you all and I will see you again and again!!

We drove over for the breakfast tacos, which of course are absolutely delicious! My nephew wound up getting the grand slam sandwich, which was huge! We can’t wait to come back. I’m not even a huge fan of BBQ but this is the best around!

After experiencing the excellent food on US 380, I was really looking forward to this location opening up. I was not disappointed. While it is smaller, which is more appropriate for the area, the self service drinks are an improvement. I especially appreciate being asked How I would like my barbecue – – lean, moist, mixed, or burnt ends. The barbecue beans are very tasty with some shredded beef added to them. The portion I was served in the restaurant was a nice size as well. I took advantage of the $16 lunch special (until 3pm)—sandwich, side, plus a drink. I will definitely return!

First off the food here is amazing, and by amazing I mean it never disappoints. Brisket is always juicy, smokey, and melts in your mouth, the pork ribs are the best I’ve ever had and I never leave without ordering a frito pie.
The folks here are something else. They take serving their customers to the next level. From the servers to the cooks everyone is friendly as all get out and the management is absolutely outstanding and down to earth.
A meaningful example of how Tender’s treats their customers like family is how they did not throw away my daughters favorite teddy bear that we looked for for a week after she forgot it at the restaurant. We called the day after it happened but they said they couldnt find it. They ended up finding it however they couldnt find our phone number so they decided to hold onto it until we called them back a week later to double check. After travelling half an hour to retrieve him, he was safe and sound, waiting for our arrival.

We have been driving by this location for a few months and because of the coned off drive-thru area we thought they were not open yet. Today we decided to pull in when we saw people sitting out on the patio and see if they were actually open to the public and they were. They had a nice selection for their lunch menu and other items and there are also open for breakfast but they stop serving it at 10:45 in the morning. The prices for reasonable in the food is excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

This place was fantastic! Only had it once on recommendation when we were in the area for a trip, but man it was good. I think you can judge a bbq place by their turkey – if it’s flavorful and still moist. They nailed it, along with the brisket and sides and tea. Keep it up!

The meat was okay, not the best I’ve tasted. My brisket tasted a little gamey and missing the salt/pepper used at other locations. Brisket and burnt ends came out lukewarm. The sides were great, and food was brought out fast. I will give the location 5 stars for their service! Very respectful, quick and well mannered. Making sure we weren’t needing anything else while dining in. I would have given a higher rating but since I’m comparing to other Tender’s I know the meat is typically at a higher heat temperature and more flavorful.

Went there for the first time on a Friday evening in November. Should not have passed it by many times in the past. This place has some of the BBQ we have ever had. The marbled brisket is perfect, we also had the jalapeno cheese sausage. They’re homemade potato salad and fried okra is really great also. The employees were all extremely friendly and service was perfect. Great family place for dinner, they also have a bar in the back. Highly recommend. We will stop in there more often on our way to play “bingo”.
