Great friendly staff. We started coming here instead of bottinos because they can actually cut your lunch meat correctly. The ham actually comes super thin/ shaved when asked for. Same with the cheese. Unlike other places who just cut you thick lunch meat and move on to the next number.

I witnessed an appalling incident at Township Deli in Washington Township that left me genuinely disturbed.
A woman came in to pick up her order, which was not ready when she arrived. While waiting, she briefly stepped out due to an emergency and returned within minutes. When she came back, the staff had cancelled her order.
What happened next was completely unacceptable. Instead of handling the situation like professionals, multiple employees began yelling at her. They mocked her, accused her of lying, and one employee actually began singing a taunting song about her. They berated her over a bag she was carrying and falsely accused her of leaving to order food somewhere else.
The tone was hostile, loud, and aggressive. They screamed at her to leave and told her she should never order from them again — and that nobody she knows should either.
The woman was visibly shaken and crying.
There is no excuse for a group of adults publicly humiliating a woman over a simple pickup misunderstanding. This was not a disagreement — it was bullying.
If this is how customers are treated when there’s confusion, people should think carefully before supporting this business.

Originally loved this place to get a hoagie but the last few times my hoagies have been VERY skimpy. Barley any ham on my sandwich and there was a piece of hair on the paper of my hoagie as I opened it. I will not be back here anymore, $12 for a hoagie with barley ANY meat on it is ridiculous.

I originally ordered a cheesesteak here because they were open on a Monday when no one else was. Since then, I told my coworkers about it as we’re right up the street. We’ve been working our way down the menu of sandwiches and wraps ever since Everything is excellent! Breakfast sandwiches included! Love to pair my sandwiches w the cream soda and barrel pickle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would’ve added more pics, but I’m usually inhaling my food, in the car, on the way back to work

Came here with gf after a Dr. appointment with a mean craving for a real pastrami sandwich that hasn’t been satisfied in months and boy oh boy this place did not disappoint ended up getting their hot pastrami special, and it was perfect the flavors worked so well together everything tasted fresh and they don’t seem to cut any corners! My girlfriend got the turkey and cheese with mayo, lettuce, oil, and oregano and it came exactly how she asked for it. She had no complaints, but coming from the guy who ate the other half wish there was a bit more turkey. As for the staff when we were there there was an older gentleman and 2 ladies one younger and one a bit older. And let me just say super kind people and they had just the right amount of wittiness and humor you want to see. Definitely had that mom and pop shop feel. Uploaded my pictures in the picture tab.

Had a Groupon and tried it for the first time. The people working there was friendly and inviting. It took a while for the food to be made. One of the guys preparing my food was eating fries while cooking. The place was a little dirty inside, looked like it needed a little scrubbing and a tad bit of TLC both inside and outside of the place. A roach, yes you heard right, a ROACH ran across right in front of me at the check out counter towards my food. I kept trying to move the food away from it’s path and I told the guy, “It looks like you have some friends here.” The guy looked horrified and froze because he didn’t know what to do. I looked at him like, “ok are you just going to let this roach crawl here on the counter and do nothing about it??” So finally he got a napkin and killed the roach right there on the check out counter near a slicer meant for meat that clearly was last used to cut lettuce. There was shredded lettuce on the check out counter from the meat slicer. After he threw away the dead roach in the napkin he proceeded to finish ringing up my food. At this point I’m trying to be nice but I lost my appetite. He then gave me a free bottled drink I guess because of the whole roach ordeal. After we left my daughter inspected her food and said she didn’t see anything so she then started eating her food. I was really hungry so I thought I would try a fry. So by the second fry, I felt something in my mouth so I started to pull at it and it was a long piece of black hair entangled in my French fry. I’ve never been so grossed out before in my life. I threw away all of my food after that second fry. Not only was the place dirty on the inside, like I said, outside was dirty and not taken care of as well. The landscaping looked like it had not been kept in years. From the outside, judging from the landscaping it kind of looks abandoned. On the side walk coming out of the deli and heading to the parking lot, there is the words, “F@#k you” engraved in really large letters right on the sidewalk. This has been a really bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s really sad because I really like supporting local businesses and township businesses. Eat there at your own health risks.

Have gotten food from here many times and have never had something that didn’t taste amazing. All the specialty sandwiches are delicious as well. My favorite is the minuteman.
