I stopped because it was conveniently located, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner, Pat. He served me very quickly, and was very proud of his sandwiches. He even said if I don’t like it, he’ll make me another. Let me tell you… This has to be the best pastrami I’ve ever tasted. The food was incredible, the service was excellent, and the smooth background music created a delightful experience. I’ll be back very soon. Thank you, Pat!

I travel frequently. Being a New Yorker I’m used to every other city block having a 3 sandwich shops that all makes excellent sandwiches (heroes, subs, grinders, gyros, etc). Down here in SW Florida I haven’t (until today) found a place that makes a sandwich with great bread, attention to the quality of the ingredients and all in all is just great food. Tri-City Eatery made it into my rotation today (of places to get great food). I would reconnected l recommend this business to my friends & family without hesitation and I will definitely be eating here again.
The young woman who was working behind the counter was accommodating, helpful and very pretty. The service was fast and I’ll reiterate that the food was excellent! One of the people who I was picking up food for is a picky eater with simple tastes and although this place didn’t have what she wanted, Beth (the aforementioned very pretty woman who works there) did well to recommend a few things that much suit a “picky eater”. I chose one of those items and it did not disappoint. The Pastrami Ruben was excellent and so was the meatball parm.

The owner was so happy and eager to give us the best dining experience he could when we walked in. I had the pastrami and my wife got the chicken parm. Both were delicious, but the chicken parm was definitely the hidden gem… Thick and juicy with a really nice red sauce.
I also enjoyed the pickles, they tasted homemade. The macaroni salad was unique and different than any other macaroni salad that I have ever had, but it was really good.
Overall, I would recommend this spot. It’s being run by people who are passionate about food!

I have been wanting to try this place for several weeks now bc it is relatively close to me. Got a Chicago beef 1/2 wet (which I asked if was possible bc it was for my 13 yo son), cheesesteak no mushrooms with wiz, fries, Mac salad, a brownie and an Arizona iced tea. The Chicago beef was not dipped. The beef was dry but serviceable. The buns for the sandwiches did not really hold up. Lacking flavor all around. I added more mayo and ground pepper and some pickled jalapeños to the cheesesteak. Brownie was good and the fries were okay (per my child as I didn’t get any). Disappointed. The person that took my order said they had been there 2 weeks. It sounded like they understood the order. We, at the time, were the only patrons in the building. It was after 430pm but before 5pm. I’m struggling to find reason for the lack of quality of food for the price. I may try again in case my experience was a fluke but I feel a minimum can be expected for an establishment that touts having offerings from some of the three best sandwich cities in the country. Unfortunate. It was a to go order. Food was acceptable temperature when eaten at home. Fries needed salt(again per my kid, I didn’t get any).

Decided to try this place for the first time after reading other reviews. Walked in and was greeted promptly by the owner. He made several suggestions to our sandwiches and also asked if we wanted to add a side for only $.99 which I said yes. I got two sandwiches plus an order of fries and coleslaw to go. Five minutes later the sandwiches came out in the bag and we’re handed to me. As I approached the door I looked in the bag and realized I didn’t have the sides. I went back to the owner and told him I didn’t get my fries and coleslaw . He said that I did not order them and he did not charge me and that’s why I did not receive them. I left puzzled and checked at home on my Apple Pay. I paid $26.82. The sausage was $9.95 and meatball was $11.85. Clearly even with tax I paid for the sides. I probably would be back to try other sandwiches but will get a receipt. I know it seems like a fuss over two dollars but it’s just a principal behind it.

i ordered 2 cheesesteaks for pick up. the cashier was nice but couldn’t tell me if they have ever have white american?? she had to ask in the back lol. but the bigger problem is that i am allergic / intolerant to mushrooms. whoever made my sandwich took the time to both label my sandwich as “no mushrooms,” as well as ……. put mushrooms on my sandwich. i had eaten almost half before noticing them mixed in with the steak
